“Sent 3, emails no reply! Ordered goods 2 days before son and he got his next day ! Probably because he didn’t know about the extra 20% disc on his order and was charged the full amount. No reply to email as you can’t call so extra money to cruise at these difficult times , he’s only 18 ! Not nice cruise ...”

“I ordered this item on 6th may for next day delivery for a birthday present, i was then informed that it had missed the trailer and could not be delivered until the 11th which meant i had missed the birthday, i have still not received the item as of today (12th may) dpd the delivery service informed me it has gone missing and have raised an investigation but i had to contact seller for update, i have sent 2 emails and had no reply, where is my order? And i want full refund of delivery charges”

“My item is faulty, I have emailed customer services and it takes me to house of frasers? Are you the same company? I want to return my item for a full refund including postage. I’ve yet to have a reply to my email!”
