“I received the wrong item, which I sent back over a week ago and still not heard about an exchange or refund. There is no backlog as a friend returned an item later than myself and already has his refund. I’m not happy this hasn’t been dealt with to a good standard. Other items I purchased were fine.”

“Really disappointed that my item (Ralph Lauren knitwear) was not even folded but thrown in to the packaging. Yes it was a clearance item but still over £80 plus the pricey postage fee - could’ve been sent with more care! Other than that nice quality item and quick delivery. Would’ve hoped for better attention to detail from people at Cruise .......”
