“Good service only reason I never gave 5 stars is because I ordered wrong size T-shirt but as soon as payment went through I asked if I could change the size to my proper size but never got any reply now I am stuck with a T-shirt that doesn’t fit me even a reply back to say that the order could not be changed (even tho I literally messaged to ask to change size straight after I payed) other than that was fine!”

“Still awaiting parcel. DPD did not leave in safe place when I contacted them they said that I needed to contact Cruise to inform I had not received parcel. I have sent messages through your website but not received a reply. DPD have admitted they have now lost the parcel and told me you “need to raise a case to ensure I’m not left out of pocket” Please look into this for me and resolve with them”

“£9.99 paid for shipping. 3 trainer boxes sent in a plastic bag. 3 trainer boxes crushed, ripped and punctured. Sent message to CS been over a week and no reply other than automated response of accepted contact from me. Never again!! Avoid this place!!”

“Only thing I will fault is I payed for next day delivery that I should have got on Tuesday but never got till the Wednesday that I was disappointed about as it was for my sones 21st birthday on the 5 of may do yes was a bit annoyed that my done didn’t have his gifts to open the day of his birthday .”
