“I’ve rated the product 5. I think the way the voucher scheme works is unfair! I spent £495 on a pair of shoes and checked all terms and conditions to see if the total was before delivery and nothing said excluding delivery. I would have brought a pair of socks or something small if I’d known.”

“Item I wanted wasn’t in store, staff very helpful finding online. Ordered Item on Friday, on way home from store. Was delivered on the following Monday at time convenient for myself. Very happy with purchase, I’m a long time customer (over 25 years) and will continue to be so.”

“Delivery was fast, only 1 small complaint, ordered 2 items but both were in the same cruise zipper bag, these were both xmas presents & had planned on leaving them in the cruise bag supplied but now only 1 person will get the zipper bag”
