“Tried to order YSL bag via My Thesrsa first. Had issues with the order due to security around the fact my uncle was the card payer and then it was cancelled. Missed the important date for the gift as a result and no real apology. Went online and found the bag on your site. No issues with payment, speedy delivery and bag was £105 cheaper. Only feedback is that your site wasn't obvious when I done my initial search.”

“High brands normally have free delivery, makes no sense u sell nice posh brands and want to add up the delivery, i love Cruise n their variety, but the delivery has never impresed me to think that cruise goes the extra mile to make a good impression! Im sure Cruise can afford it :) as added value”

“The qualty of garmemts was first class.There was a problem with my order but the way it was dealt with very swiftly & I was given back the £10 deliverly money back. Witch i thought was very good. The only problem i had was the email from Flannels witch i had never heard of. I just found it a bit confusiong. Apart from that i found the service very good”

“Awful service ordered a yellow off white belt. I was given the wrong size and wrong belt and the belt had been worn and the tags ripped off. Had to ring Customer service twice before anything happened. Still not sorted”
