“Quality assurance and accuracy of sizing information are crucial when buying products online. Cruise failed on both counts with my last order. I bought a pair of Hugo Boss shoes and a Hugo Boss belt. One of the shoes had a very obvious scratch across the top of it and the belt was far too small despite it being meant to fit my 36” waist. I paid £6.99 to have the items delivered and it cost me over £11 to return them-I’m extremely disappointed not only with the quality of the service but more importantly being out of pocket as a consequence!!!”

“I recently bought a pair of jeans & used the size guide on the page however this was totally in accurate, meaning I have had to pay to return the wrong sized jeans as well as pay for the delivery of these in the first place :(”

“It was lovely to receive a 20% off code as a birthday gift from you thanks. What would have been eve better is if the code had actually taken 20% off of the total instead of saying it was invalid pretty much felt robbed the items did turn up on time though”
