“Item arrived very quickly but was disappointed after spending time over £300 that i had to pay £6.99 delivery! Also disappointed that the item came in a plastic bag, again fir that amount if money i would have expected a gift box!”

“Delivery is always fast & efficient. However I think different designers have a variation of their own sizes. Maybe this could be made a little clearer under the item description as often it states ‘true to size’ which often creates a misleading view. For example Off White joggers states ‘model is...... height & wear a size ........The comparison was a massive difference. My son is almost 6ft & medium waist. Waist was perfect but length was far too long. Cruise should value their loyal customers & offer free returns.”

“i was very dissapointed by one things that happenned with my order, even if i receive my package very fast and nicely packed. My jacket was a litle bit worn and the zip tie was broken and it's a way to recognize a product OFF WHITE so i am dissapointed”

“Ordered a Paul Smith cross body bag for my wife's birthday and was sent a backpack, other bag is now out of stock and I've got to mess about with getting this bag collected to be returned and refunded which will take about 2 weeks. Shocking”

“I had the opportunity to talk to Chris Carter this morning who was exceptional helpful. Chris showed interest in what I had to say and went all the way to assist me to resolve my queries. He appeared very motivated and obviously enjoys his job which is evident by the manner in which he pays attention to detail, making sure that I understand my booking, knew what was in place for me, understood my payment plan and most importantly he ensured that my wishes regarding my time bookings for the group were properly documented. I felt the service I received today was outstanding and I genuinenely came off the phone feeling very please with the service received”

“The range of clothing and accessories is brilliant but paying for delivery and to return items is a joke! When you spend over £900 and still have to pay delivery and for registered returns which is around £12.00 signed for just for one pair of jeans. Only company who sells designer goods that do this!”
