“Use Cruise all year round and I made a purchase over £500 and still waiting on my voucher for £100 , I have other thing worth over £600 in my basket and wanted to use the voucher! I have sent a email to customer services on Friday and still waiting for a response! The voucher was meant to be with my at noon on Friday .”

“Returned item for an exchange only to be told item was out of stock , when I checked online there was plenty stock available , looks like whoever processed the return couldn’t be arsed and just said item wasn’t available and processed refund . High end retailers need to start shipping free and give free returns , the clothing isexpensive enough to warrant this . Up your game Cruise .”
