“First and last time to shop with cruises. The jacket was nothing like the images. You had styled it on the images that it was tailored or slim fit. It was more like a grandad fit that anything else. THEN You charge to return it (postage costs are upon the purchaser) laughable and I won't be buying anything ever again from cruise. Whoever is in charge of these policy's needs to wake up and smell the coffee. Your competitors are laughing at you. Thanks but no thanks Bye”

“The image on your website of the product I brought was nothing like what it was in real life. Then I have to pay to return it. Total joke £6 for delivery is way to expensive. So I’ve paid £10 just to see a product in real life and send it back to you. Would make more sense if you just put more accurate pictures on your website?”

“Everything was really good apart from I ordered two items and you sent them separately for me to collect without telling me this. Therefore I had to travel twice when I could’ve only had to have made one trip if you would’ve told me. This was an extra time and cost wasted.”

“Wasn’t sure if sizing on a Stone Island jacket. Store in Belfast didn’t have colour I wanted. Phoned to ask could I try one on and explained I’d order online as they weren’t doing orders. Said it was grand ( I felt rude!!) and let me try. That’s excellent service. Same price as the shop which I feel all stores should be. Jacket arrived and well packaged in a smart zipped holder. Very pleased thank you.”
