“I need to send my order back as the item I bought is to small. I would like to know if there is another way or sending this order back and ordering another size without the cost of delivery ans sending the other one back. This going to be an expensive addition if so.”

“Brands and quality very good.dont agree when I purchase a shirt costing £215 I have to pay £7.00 delivery and also pay to return item as didn’t fit.this will stop me buying in the future.Not happy.”

“Would have rated higher if it wasn’t for delivery / return costs being expensive in relation to other online retailers. Why can’t you offer free delivery / returns to store like a lot of other companies or even free home delivery if the customer spends over a certain amount? When spending hundreds of pounds at a time I don’t expect to feel as though I’m being ripped off for delivery / return costs.”

“I like Cruise and am a long standing customer which is why I am scoring 3/5 however had this been my first purchase I’d 100% be scoring 1/5. As I write my short review I am still waiting on a jacket to arrive. 1 item was delivered last week and another was cancelled as out of stock. You have managed to get 1 item out of 3 to me. Truly awful. If you do read this please find out where my sons Stone Island jacket is and let me know 👍🏻”

“Not happy at all. Placed an order for 2 items with a discount code they sent me, they accepted, they said it was being prepared for dispatch, they said it was on its way then, almost 48 hours later, cancelled the main part of the order and still charged me the full delivery charge. I said I would take an alternative - which was £80 more expensive - if they honoured the discount code but they said they could not as time had run out! Time only ran out as they accepted an order then cancelled it 2 days later. Won't use them again despite having spent lots over the years online and in stores. Their customer service team were utterly dismissive of me in the 2 emails I sent.”

“Delivery of goods was quick and efficient, however returning proved problematic ! Due to the monetary value of the goods .. I telephoned customer services to ask if I Could return in store .. was met with a very pleasant lady who said of course that would not be a problem . However after travelling 12 miles and arriving at store .. the customer service went downhill rapidly ! I was told I would only be offered an exchange and they didn’t have the goods in stock ... I advised the lady of my call to customer services to be told that .. they are not ‘obliged “ to tell customers exchange only in store and goods have to be returned via post for a refund .. so I am now £14 down for delivery / returns for goods that weren’t suitable ! Not sure I’ll order from cruise online again !”
