“I ordered a pyrite cube for my sister who loves rocks and crystals. I accidentally sent the order to my address originally. One email was enough to quickly update the shipping address, and my sister absolutely loves the gift. 10/10 would order from this website again.”

Hello I am not sure why you are leaving a negative review, you said in your email how much you loved the stones and was just not sure which the imperfect box was. We have not heard back from our last email trying to help you. We carefully ensure each order is packed correctly with all crystals, we do have a packing slip in your order.

“I ordered a collection of beautiful crystals for my birthday. The package was delivered to the wrong address. The USPS in Boston confirmed this. My son never received his gift. I emailed Crystals. Com many times regarding this and have received no help with matter. So my son is out a Birthday gift and I'm out my money spent with Crystals. Com. I find this to be unethical and not customer service oriented. Buyer BEWARE”

“Unfortunately I have to say I was quite disappointed :( it was quite unclear that the pricing was in usd until I looked in my own bank account the next day to see that I was charged an extra $150. On top of that UPS had charged me $109 for fees in order for the package to be delivered which I think is absolutely insane. Nevertheless the crystals are so beautiful but the fact that I ended up paying WAYYYY more money than I expected really hurt.”

“I have re wives the monthly boxes for awhile now and it seems the crystals that arrive are always exactly what I need at that time! “The bracelets were beautiful however I orders black obsidian and black tourlamine and they just came wrapped together. I don't know which one is which. They are not identical but I can't tell which one is which. I think they should have been labeled or something”
