“I ordered a crystal subscription box. When I realized I ordered the sage box a customer service rep told me no worries and cancelled the order. I went back and ordered the correct subscription. I then was shipped both. When I told another customer service rep they said it was too late. Very conflicting stories and I’m not happy.”

“The crystal I received was packaged well for safety, and it was fun to open. It was also beautiful, I love it. Just as shown, and it's sitting on my desk, making me happy. I haven't burned the candle yet, but it smells really awesome. I bought this unexpectedly, doing research for a book, and falling in love with it. But I'l come back to Crystals.com!”
