“The product is great and of good quality. I was disappointed that I did not receive free shipping for my purchase over $100 as indicated on the advertising. Further, upon arrival via UPS, I was required to pay an additional al $68 for duties and import. This came as a surprise to me. For these reasons, I will not purchase from this company again, which is unfortunate since I do love the quality of the items purchased.”

Hello Jen We state that our free shipping is only available for US customers. Unfortunately, the customs fee is something way out of our control. That is just the nature of international shipping. We also experience this when we receive international packages as well. We do have this clearly stated in our policy. Happy to hear you love your crystals

“I saw an advertisement for Crystals.com and decided to check the website out. The inventory was incredible, so I purchased a sample order just to see how things went. The Sunstone came quickly, was well packaged, and actually came with an extra smaller piece of Sunstone. I will definitely be ordering more crystals.”

“Not happy that I couldn't return expensive rock. I was told that I received the rock I ordered yet the picture is still up there. I buy rocks from all over the world. I have never had this problem and I won't buy from you ever again. I was not aloud to return rock. It was $500.00 rock bad business. I have only not recieved a rock once from another store. They sent me another on even though they knew they packed it. Then I found out my grand son took it out and put in his toy box. I called to return it and they said no problem keep it. It was over $100.00 but because I was a good customer. That was very kind.”

“Only not giving 5 stars but it wasn’t disclosed that my item was a preordered so I waited 3 weeks but the customer service was great and the product is awesome now that I have received it! I was also advised that moving forward they’ll be disclosing the preorder status. Great news!”
