Discovered Curbee through a Google Search. Tried it out for the first time. Amazing service, reasonably priced, and on time! Cant remember a car repair/service that went this smoothly ever :-) Special mention for Ryan in Cust Engagement who helped me book the appt as the web interface didn't work for me on my iPhone. Also special mention for Pat, who was the service person on-site and no pressure, super friendly and efficient!

Service was great would recommend to anyone who doesn’t wanna go to a shop especially if you don’t know much about cars like me then you can ask 21 questions while they diag your car.

Your guy was 1 hour late and didn't take the time to call or text. The cleaning was just ok.

Best find! So glad to have discovered Curbee. Super seamless and flawless process. Was able to get in immediately and they arrived right on time. The diagnostic and fix was great and prices completely fair and honest. I had my brake pad notification come on in my car and was terrified at what process and cost would be. I just didn’t have time but was fearful of not getting it fixed ASAP. They came to my workplace and within the hour had everything completed. Andrew was so professional and Nikki was such a wonderful guide from beginning to end. Thanks guys! I’m telling all of my coworkers and friends!

The oil change was convenient, but he did not adjust the car’s detection system that notifies me when it is time to change the oil even though I reminded him when he arrived . It still says I need to have the oil changed. I need someone to come back and fix that please. Am mentioning this here because it takes away from what your selling point is according to me at least: the convenience. It’s a hassle to call back to get this fixed.

It went well, I was able to educate them on my car and I hope they can use that for the next car. I had my battery replaced with no issues. They also checked my fluids, topped them off and aired the tires.

Curbee was great. Arrived on time. The team did a lovely job cleaning the car, which had been subjected to a flock of defecating birds. If I wasn't moving out the area, I would use the service all the time!

Excellent experience. The Curbee folks showed up right on time and did my oil and filter change in under 45 minutes, all on my driveway!
