"Saying goodbye to the old fashion way of auto care and service! I've found a new way of being more efficient with my time and money. After my regular mechanic couldn't fit me in on his schedule and wanted to me leave my car a full day for a simple brake pad replacement, the universe read my mind and I heard a commercial on the radio for Curbee. Intrigued by convenience of a mobile mechanic I went online and requested a quote. A day later (faster than my mechanic) I had a quote emailed to me breaking down the parts and labor costs. To my complete surprise and amazement it was 50% less than my mechanic in a fraction of the time in labor. I was able to call and schedule the service for 2 days later and just in time for my next Turo guest's reservation. \r\nI have to say that a company culture is evident by the attitude and interaction you have with it's employees. Not only was everyone I spoke with, from customer service to mechanic friendly, they were honest and genuinely happy people. They seemed to love their jobs and it shows. Working with people who value your business and enjoy their work makes all the difference. \r\nAs for the experience I had with my service, hands down top notch. The mechanic arrived at my business on time, accessed my car via lockbox and did his assessment. Turns out I didn't need any brake work for the rear just new pads and rotors on the front. They quickly coordinate to have another mechanic bring the necessary parts and complete the work so that my mechanic could move onto a different appointment. Not only did this save me time, clearly it values other customers' time as well. \r\nThe new mechanic arrived completed the job and secured the car all within an hour. Plenty of time remaining for my Turo guest's arrival. \r\nTo everyone at Curbee, thank you for revolutionizing the car service industry with such a convenient, efficient and cost saving service model. I will definitely use their services again for all my vehicles and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know!"

“The car wash was not good at all. found lot of trash even after vacuuming . we never use car wash service”

I apologize if there was any misunderstanding, however due to the Coronavirus pandemic we have asked that customers remove all personal items, trash, and used masks from their cars prior to their Curbee service. This policy was put in place both for the health and safety of our technicians as well as our customers and is specified in the appointment confirmation email. “The cleaning wasn’t done very well. There were stains and dust inside the interior of the car in multiple places. There was also a lot of lint left behind by the cloth used to clean. The exterior cleaning was okay. Overall Quite disappointed.”

“Love the idea of the service. But was told I needed both a new battery and locksmith to resolve (what Curbee diagnosed as) an immobilizer issue. Turns out (after locksmith visit) just needed a new battery. Very disappointed at the inaccuracy of the diagnosis.”

“I'm greatful for this service, especially for coming Sunday morning on a very short notice. Everything was very professional. One thing: I think the technicians either don't work under time pressure, or they aren't incentivized to finish the task early. My battery replacement lasted 40 mins - I could have done it it 10.”

Hi Zoltan, Thank you so much for your feedback, and I apologize that we weren’t clearer when explaining the process and work being performed. Whenever we replace a battery in one of our customer’s vehicles, we first test the battery for faults to ensure it truly does need to be replaced. If it ends up the battery has indeed failed, we then proceed with replacement and any programming as recommended by the manufacturer. In addition, for each service our customers schedule with Curbee, we provide our Signature Health Check, complimentary, to make sure that you have an accurate understanding of the current condition of your most important mechanical, electrical, and safety features. While what I’ve explained could certainly account for the additional time you mentioned, we definitely should have done a better job communicating that process to you, to ensure you had a better understanding of the time the service would take as well as the work being performed. “On time and professional. Oil change was done quickly. Car wash leaves some to be desired. It is not as good as a water-based car wash by nature. The invoice and health report should list the make, model, year and mileage of the car as it is an important service record.”
