"Saying goodbye to the old fashion way of auto care and service! I've found a new way of being more efficient with my time and money. After my regular mechanic couldn't fit me in on his schedule and wanted to me leave my car a full day for a simple brake pad replacement, the universe read my mind and I heard a commercial on the radio for Curbee. Intrigued by convenience of a mobile mechanic I went online and requested a quote. A day later (faster than my mechanic) I had a quote emailed to me breaking down the parts and labor costs. To my complete surprise and amazement it was 50% less than my mechanic in a fraction of the time in labor. I was able to call and schedule the service for 2 days later and just in time for my next Turo guest's reservation. \r\nI have to say that a company culture is evident by the attitude and interaction you have with it's employees. Not only was everyone I spoke with, from customer service to mechanic friendly, they were honest and genuinely happy people. They seemed to love their jobs and it shows. Working with people who value your business and enjoy their work makes all the difference. \r\nAs for the experience I had with my service, hands down top notch. The mechanic arrived at my business on time, accessed my car via lockbox and did his assessment. Turns out I didn't need any brake work for the rear just new pads and rotors on the front. They quickly coordinate to have another mechanic bring the necessary parts and complete the work so that my mechanic could move onto a different appointment. Not only did this save me time, clearly it values other customers' time as well. \r\nThe new mechanic arrived completed the job and secured the car all within an hour. Plenty of time remaining for my Turo guest's arrival. \r\nTo everyone at Curbee, thank you for revolutionizing the car service industry with such a convenient, efficient and cost saving service model. I will definitely use their services again for all my vehicles and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know!"

“Great service at a reasonable price!”

“Flexible scheduling, fair service pricing, and unbeatable convenience for a tire change. There are three reasons Curbee didn't get five stars: 1) They marked up the tires I wanted 30% over the price for which I could get them on Amazon. Fortunately, they were happy to install tires purchased elsewhere, so this wasn't an issue. 2) They didn't reset my Tire-Pressure Monitoring System, leaving me with a warning light on my dash. I called to ask after they left, and they said to drive a few miles until it reset. My vehicle's manual, which they seem not to have been familiar with nor have consulted, had different instructions. 3) They told me my rear brakes pads were at 3mm, and would need to be replaced (along with the rotors) before they got to 2mm in about a month. This was suspicious because I recently had the vehicle serviced, so I got a second opinion from a trusted first-party dealer, and was told the pads were at 4mm and good for another 7,500 miles. I felt like Curbee were trying to sell me additional unnecessary services.”

With all parts and fluids used during the service work we perform, we always strive to bring the best value we can to our customers. We’ll continue to add additional suppliers so we can be as competitive as possible and thank you for ensuring we stay on this path. Regarding your TPMS warning light, I apologize that our technicians didn’t provide adequate instruction to ensure it was reset for you. We’re currently not able to perform freeway drive tests for our customers, which are needed to recalibrate the TPM Sensor after a new tire install. That being said, we are looking into options to either perform this action ourselves or provide more detailed instructions for customers regarding what to expect. Finally, I apologize that the measurement we provided for your brake pad depth was different than the measurement you received from your trusted first-party dealer. We place a very high level of importance on building and maintaining trust with our customers and would never sell unnecessary services to them. If you would be willing, we would appreciate the opportunity to come back and perform a complimentary health check for your vehicle, so you can be confident in your current brake pad depth, and most importantly, so we can ensure we’ve provided you with an accurate picture of your vehicle’s health. “5 stars for Pat and Pete, who came out and did an outstanding job on a brake pad replacement. As a startup, Curbee has some improvements to make but Pat and Pete were superstars.”

“Fantastic service. Alex and Kyle arrived on time and made sure the tires were replaced and also did a healthcheck inspection as part of the service and emailed me the diagnosis report. I would definitely recommend and use their services in future.”

“I found curbee online looking for mobile tire repair service. I am beyond pleased with the service I received. They were very responsive to my inquiry. My tire was delayed and I was contacted immediately to reschedule my appointment. The day of the appointment the mechanic texted me upon arrival and arrived on time. In addition to replacing the tire the mechanic did an inspection free of charge. I already knew my car needed to be serviced. The mechanic didn't attempt to inflate the needed repairs. The inspection report noted only the items I already know are needed. I will definitely use curbee again and recommend them to everyone I know who is looking for a mechanic. The convenience and service can't be beat”
