"Saying goodbye to the old fashion way of auto care and service! I've found a new way of being more efficient with my time and money. After my regular mechanic couldn't fit me in on his schedule and wanted to me leave my car a full day for a simple brake pad replacement, the universe read my mind and I heard a commercial on the radio for Curbee. Intrigued by convenience of a mobile mechanic I went online and requested a quote. A day later (faster than my mechanic) I had a quote emailed to me breaking down the parts and labor costs. To my complete surprise and amazement it was 50% less than my mechanic in a fraction of the time in labor. I was able to call and schedule the service for 2 days later and just in time for my next Turo guest's reservation. \r\nI have to say that a company culture is evident by the attitude and interaction you have with it's employees. Not only was everyone I spoke with, from customer service to mechanic friendly, they were honest and genuinely happy people. They seemed to love their jobs and it shows. Working with people who value your business and enjoy their work makes all the difference. \r\nAs for the experience I had with my service, hands down top notch. The mechanic arrived at my business on time, accessed my car via lockbox and did his assessment. Turns out I didn't need any brake work for the rear just new pads and rotors on the front. They quickly coordinate to have another mechanic bring the necessary parts and complete the work so that my mechanic could move onto a different appointment. Not only did this save me time, clearly it values other customers' time as well. \r\nThe new mechanic arrived completed the job and secured the car all within an hour. Plenty of time remaining for my Turo guest's arrival. \r\nTo everyone at Curbee, thank you for revolutionizing the car service industry with such a convenient, efficient and cost saving service model. I will definitely use their services again for all my vehicles and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know!"

“So many mistakes in paperwork have occurred including vehicle health reports, the information in those reports and a mix up in what car are tied to my account and what reports and quotes to which car. Also, there was no clear indication that the oil change prices were going up $70 to a total of $170 for any car with over 6 quarts of oil so I got charged an extra $70 for one court of oil. Had I known this prior I wouldn't have booked the service. Moving forward I will no longer be able to do oil changes on my newer cars. Ryan and Ian are great in customer service to fix all the mix ups but I have to still take the time to call and get things fixed. Not sure I will continue to use the service in the future due to the extra work and the higher prices.”

“Excellent service, knowledgeable mechanic sent with a small shop-on-wheels. He arrived an hour early which let him complete the service earlier than his initially planned arrival time. Wanted to tip (Adrian I think? Sorry bad memory problems) but I didn’t have cash on hand unfortunately but the man more than earned some extra pay.”

“Skeptical at first (who are these guys? a tech company? auto repair? what?) I finally asked Curbee.com to service my car, and it was worth it in every way. Saved me time/hassle of going to the shop, and because my car wasn't drivable anyway, I would have had to get a tow there (thus adding to the hassle with more costs.) When the mechanic showed up (on time), he took care of everything quickly and even did a quick interior clean and checked my oil. No muss, no fuss, no hard sell, all at a fair price.”
