“I recently went to Currys in Workington for a mobile insurance claim. I was helped by Mike, and his service was absolutely excellent. He handled everything with great patience, explained the whole process clearly, and made it very easy for me. Mike’s customer care was perfect – professional, polite, and very supportive. Thanks to him, my insurance claim was stress-free and smooth. A big thank you to Mike and the Currys Workington team for such brilliant service!”

“If i could give 0 stars i would. I gave the TV to them 2 weeks ago. They brought it in 1 week after and it was returned with a broken screen as well as missing the legs of the TV. Then they took it in again for construction and repairing, a week has passed again. They messaged that it was meant to arrive today. In the first call they said it was on its way, after the delivery time had passed i called again and they said it wasn't in the safety pack so they couldn't send it now its delayed for another 2 days. Everytime i called there is a new lie told. For 16 days we have been waiting for a TV. Not professional at all. Due to this we will not be purchasing from Currys anymore. Shame on Currys.”
