Washing machine broke for the 3rd time ,engineer out straight away ,it was just the belt......it was out of stock for 3 week ,I rang back to complain that I'd had no washer for that time an I couldn't understand why it was still out of stock....just take one if one in warehouse.....lady told me I'd have a replacement in 5 days rang back after 7 just to be told belt out of stock 😤😤😤😤then demanded speak to their boss I was told I'd get a voucher which I did but no way was doing it in line went straight to Northwich store where a lovely lady called Denise sorted everything out for me an my washer was delivered next day by ace delivery team .......never again will I do it in line or over the phone .....I'm heading to Northwich store an see Denise ....keep hold of her Currys she a star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I bought a Tefal express steam iron FV2869 £32.99p, which works well as an iron. My issue with it is that the dark colour makes it very difficult to judge how much water is in it. The other issue’s relate to the cable. It is too short, and you can’t wrap it round base of the iron for storage.

when i return a breville hot cup system i expect to get a credit the breville is ok making coffee etc ,but it`s rubbish at making a cup of tea it tastes like dishwatwater i hope this helps tea drinkers of the world

In the store closest to me there never seems enough staff so had to wait around 40 mins just for them to tell me that the product wasn’t in stock at the store but I could get it delivered. I think there needs to be a system whereby the customer can check In store to see if it’s there.

Older guy MIKE brilliant and took order of £700 today. Manager awful couldn’t care less if he got a sale or not! Needs to go on customer training really unhelpful and it was Black Friday weekend!!!!

The silent salesman. Dealt with what seemed like an untrained staff member, when actually I'm sure he knew sufficient information about the products, but chose to present himself as bearing no use. Came across as disinterested and rude.

Very happy with curry’s slough, except for the man that served us today! He was unfriendly, disinterested, sullen and arrogant to the point of rudeness. We should have asked for someone else to serve us

Happy with curry’s, however we went toe the slough branch today and the sales man serving us was very surly, unfriendly, arrogant, uninterested. In hindsight should have asked someone more interested and Frito serve us

Had a fridge freezer delivered and after looking at the complexity of reversing the door opted to get their engineer/delivery chap to do it. This is after the arguement that the small wine cooler he started unpacking wasn't mine although he kept telling me it was- turns out that was his next delivery! Drivers mate bashed it round against a few garden chairs on his way out- not sur ehe has a licence for the trolley truck. So after a day or so, noticed the gap between the doors wasn't level (out by 5mm) so called customer service ready for a fuss after reading online complaints and experiences. Rather bewildered when the lovely Katie arranged an engineer to visit with no question and after a bit of a nightmare delivery it was nice to actually be spoken to and treated like a valued customer. We're human, we make mistakes, maybe KnowHow more than others, but it's how they deal with it that shows- and they've come through this time.

Please everybody don't shop with these people there service is utterly disgusting .Brought a washing machine last Tuesday. Was surpose to be delivered yesterday no call no nothing to say it wouldn't arrive .Go to the southend shop with very unhelp full staff telling us it couldn't now be delivered till the 4th march .Wot a joke they said the delivery had run out of hours .Given no priority over the next delivery just sent to the back of the list .Got our money back and left the shop .

I ordered a new washing machine and I received a text message with a delivery date and it arrived on the promised date and time. My only complaint would be that the delivery driver was not aware that I had paid to have my old machine taken away so communication between curry 's and delivery people could be improved. He did however remove my old machine after showing him proof of payment.

Currys offer a good range of goods at reasonable prices especially on-line, however it is let down when being able to view a product before purchase. I recently considered buying a VAX cordless cleaner. I live in Dawlish, South Devon and have 2 currys branches within a few miles, at Exeter and Torquay. Unfortunately neither of these stores had the model I was interested in therefore the nearest place I could view one on display was Plymouth which would have meant a round trip of some 60 miles. I took a chance and ordered one on-line and picked it from Torquay the next day. As you have an almost monopoly on the high street now I feel your stores should have a much bigger number of items on display

Recently brought an American fridge freezer went by width measurement. When it arrived found fitted perfectly in allotted spot in new kitchen only to find couldn't open doors wide to get drawers out. Had to then move newly placed oven to accommodate item .Do think currys should put best stood alone or measure doors wide open on them in store and online.
