“**Currys failed delivery, wasted my day, cost me £120, then cancelled the delivery** Absolutely shocking experience with Currys. I ordered a Bosch oven and paid **£45 extra** for a timed delivery slot between **11am and 3pm**. I arranged my whole day around it and also paid a **certified electrician £120** to be available to install the oven once delivered. The delivery never arrived. The tracking showed the driver stuck around stop 10 for almost two hours, while I was stop 18. Currys support could not confirm whether the tracking system was even live or accurate. After wasting a huge amount of my time on chat, they refunded the £45 delivery fee and offered a small e-gift card, but that does not cover the real loss and inconvenience. Now the tracking has changed from delivery in progress to **awaiting date**, meaning the delivery has effectively gone backwards or been cancelled/rescheduled without proper communication. So I am now left with no oven, a wasted day, a paid electrician appointment wasted, and no clear delivery date. This is not just a late delivery. This is a complete failure of service, communication, tracking and customer care. I will not be using Currys again unless this is properly resolved.”

“Do not not purchase from this company, they are not who the used to be. 3 weeks and still no sign of the delivery. CUR2676968633 Customer service keep making updates and it leads to nothing. Never known such a useless business. Don't know what happened to this company but I regret purchasing from them.”

“CURRYS potential customers beware if you are looking to make an expensive purchase such as a samsung 85 in tv from currys with an extended warranty this warranty is not what it is made out to be. All it covers is as many repairs as they feel fit not deal with the actual issue. I bought my tv 3 years ago with a 5 year warranty and in the 3 yrs ive owned it the screen has now failed twice. Currys tech centre told me the tv was part of a bad batch from samsung and after hearing that this tv has a known issue from its design and manufacture i have no confidence in this product and its not fit for purpose. Customer rights means you have the right in law to reject this item for a refund or replacement. But if you are currys as soon as you have spent your hard earned £1250 consumer rights go out of the window. Your only point of contact is a call centre in south africa!!. As soon as you ask currys to adhere to consumer rights and want something off them they hide behind a series of none contactable departments that do NOT get back to you. I have been ghosted now for weeks because i dont want a broken badly designed and made 85 in tv. The only contact i have had was when i left a negative review so here we go again. @contact social you have my contact details please get in touch to resolve my issue. Please think twice before buying from this company there are far better customer services available john lewis' richer sounds and costco.”

“Ordered kids scooter 24th November. Courier texted to say delivered but had not. Couier confirmed and credited Curry’s 7th December. Still chasing refund no communication same old web chat it’s being investigated. Had enough just reported to bank! Absolute awful company would never order again from there”
