NEVER EVER, EVER again will I waste my time and petrol with a 3RD RATE Company called "CURRYS" .Seriously never. I found a cable I needed on Sunday so Ordered and Paid for it. Collect anytime from 10.30am they told me. Went to Store and was told "Sorry but Currys Cancelled it" without any reason. What a F'ing useless piece of work they are. Anyway I will be shorting their Stock on Monday as I suspect the Company is going down the tubes.

Issue remains unresolved. Having bought a TV online and being led to believe one was available in store this was not the case. Eventually the TV was delivered. On setting up the new TV it was broken (cracked screen). Contact customer services to be given a runaround. Web chat useless. I was told that the TV would be collected 2 days later however, a replacement would not be dispatched until the TV was received back to their warehouse. Potential turnaround of a further 5-7 days! In 2024 how can a technology retailer be proud of this post-purchase customer care? I'm out of money until the replacement TV arrives, whenever that will be. Lesson? Should have gone with Amazon! 0 out of 5!

Curry’s website concerning price match is deceptive and misleading. I went to my local Curry’s store in Warrington with a price I’d got from the internet, which was a reputable website, for an Apple IPad. I spoke to an employee who then took a photo off my phone to show the manager. He promptly came back to refuse matching the price as it was not on THERE LIST !!! So they DO NOT go to Curry’s with a price match as they will not honour it.

My son bought a phone online and picked it up from a store in Nottingham. The phone was faulty, he sent it back to currys as directed and it arrived on 21st Dec. Currys still have not sent a replacement, which apparently HAS to be sent to the store. Every time he rings someone tells him it won’t be long but so far mo phone. Customer services is completely useless, rude and frankly don’t know what Customer Service means

Ordered a mobile phone and on the 25th November I received am open parcel with an empty box. I immediately contacted Curry's who said they would investigate it and be in touch by the 14th December... well 14th December came and I hadn't heard anything so I got back in touch when I was told it had been escalated and to allow 24-48 hours but once again this time went and I still had not heard anything! I contacted Curry's again and again told it had been escalated now to the refund team, please allow 24-48 hours but again nothing so again I contacted them and was told they were going to manually order the refund and allow 3-5 days which again I did and nothing. Not once has Curry's contacted me regarding this issue and now every time I get through to anyone they hang up or leave the chat. I still have no phone or refund from them and they are impossible to deal with. NEVER order from Curry's, they don't care about their customers and I now believe them to be theives. I have caught them in at least 6 lies now and when confronted about these lies guess what... the agent dissappears.

I'd leave a 0 star review if it were possible. They sent two Christmas presents via DPD that were lost. It's not the end of the world - there are still 4 days left to rectify. The only issue is there was no way of contacting Currys to rectify it. The phone lines were engaged, and live chat was busy. 3 days in a row, and still no way of contacting. I finally get in touch with one delivery day to go before Christmas and get a massive cretin on live chat. He literally ignores every request and just says 'it will be with you in 24 hours as per the tracking' but the tracking has been saying 24 hours for a week. I explained three times that I had spoken to DPD who confirmed it was lost, and he could do the same. Then, he came back and said "I've emailed you the receipt, is there anything else?" and closed the chat. So, it's now 2 days before Christmas, with no delivery days left, no presents for my nephews, and no easy way of getting them. Well done, Currys, Christmas ruined.

I paid £40 for an freezer to be delivered between one and five. They turned up at half eleven I was not there I called them to ask if I could have it redelivered they said to contact them the next day. I did this and they have canceled my order. I am waiting for my refund on gift card to come it's been more than 18 days and I have to wait for the gift card to purchase another freezer. I used an E gift card but they will not accept that I can have an E gift card I have to wait for the gift card I'm so annoyed why did I pay £40 for a special delivery and it came early. I've had the phone put down on me at least three times and this is not the first time Currys has let me down.

I brought a new hoover washing machine online from curry’s had it delivered to my new address on the the 4/10/23 I didn’t move in to new property till early November 2023 washing machine leaking and banging first time of use .Got in touch with curry’s said it was over 28days old needed a repair engineer came out said the drum was twisted . Got back in touch with curry’s they said hoover had ordered a replacement part a week later on the day the engineer was to come got a phone call to say the engineer wouldn’t be coming due to he had a brick through is windscreen ,Probably another disgruntled customer. A week later the engineer was due to come again rang the day before asked what the problem was with the machine told him he said to order the part. The part was ordered two weeks previously. The engineer said it would be after Christmas now .this as been going on since November 2023 . I rang curry’s again today explained said they would get back to me in 20 minutes.Never did . No satisfaction if you don’t want hurt and pain sleepless night and being out of pocket…….. Don’t buy from curry’s . One star is four to many.

2 months now with no cooker! Various deliveries and issues. Managers are rude or refuse to speak to you. Since October I have been going back and forth. 2 cookers in my house, brother work. Deliveries cancelled (not by me). One manager was so rude and said there is nothing they can do about it! Now the cooker is out of stock and won’t be in until after Christmas- so we can’t have Christmas dinner, after we have not been able to cook for the last two months. Please do not shop at curry’s. Customer care - does NOT care, neither do management!

No accountability. Bought a washing machine on the 20th November. Paid for delivery and installation. The delivery guys have broken the water valve (had to get a plumber in to repair this -108£) Then once plumber came in and fixed it I put the washing machine on. It was leaking. I then discovered that the draining hose was cut (most likely by delivery guy who must have used a Stanley knife to unpack the washing machine). Called the customer service (good luck to get hold of them first) They said an engineer would come in and this was for the 4th of December. But because I'm working I moved it to the 9th. 3.00pm on the 9th still haven't heard of the engineer. Call again customer service only to be told "this has been cancelled. They tried to call you but you didn't pick up." No one tried to call me. Customer service full of BS ! Been stuck at home waiting for them to come and repair for nothing... They have my email + phone number. No contact have been made. They are only good to say "I'm sorry I apologise for the inconvenience this is causing" I spend 400£ on a washing machine I cannot use and 108£ on a plumber which they should repay for but I'm still to hear about this of course. Avoid Currys at all cost.

Customer service from the 'manager' Raj is absolutely zero - i had a collection from the local store went with my ID, but was told to follow the system and a code is sent to my email address. I explained that my emails aren't on my phone to which he replied 'That's the system, if you choose not to read it that is your problem' No flexibility or general good customer service. They sent me the code so I had to drive home to get it, on return the code had expired. I can't tell you how frustrated I am and how angry at the lack of service and pure rudeness.

Terrible customer service We were looking forwarding to receiving a new oven we ordered from Currys to replace a broken one. After a month the day arrived when the Currys fitters came to deliver and install the new oven. We had also paid for them to dispose of the old oven, which had a broken oven but a working gas hob that had kept us going for over a month. The fitters first uninstalled the old oven, but then dropped and broke the new oven (shattering its glass door) whilst bringing it into the house. They stated they could not fit the old one back (despite them being gas fitters). They also told us after speaking to the depot it would be a week before a new one arrived. The fitters also said we should ring the Currys customer service line to see what they could do as recompense and then left, but not before leaving broken glass all over the driveway which they failed to clean up. Shortly after the Currys fitters left we were sent a text message from Currys to say it would be over a month before a new oven arrived. my wife phoned up customer service to see what could be done as we had been informed the wait would only be a week. In return she was met by a Currys customer service rep who only offered a 10% discount in return for the huge mess up caused by the fitters. With this 10% discount we will have to go out and buy a counter top hob and oven! Meanwhile we have a gaping hole where the new oven should have gone and nothing to cook large meals with over the Christmas period. All-in-all a terrible customer service experience. Why didn't the fitters bring the new oven into the house before disconnecting the old one in case of an issue? We then felt deceived over the date they initially gave us for installing the replacement oven, and finally we were met by a customer service team who were disinterested about the situation and were only prepared to offer a small discount which won't even cover the costs for the purchase of a temporary counter top hob and oven.

Currys are the single worst company I have ever dealt with for customer service, I have an £860 voucher to purchase 2 Apple Watches, I ordered them to the Blackburn store to collect on Monday, I waited for my collection email but never got it, after 4 days I checked my curry's account to be told the items had been cancelled due to no stock, no refund to my gift voucher, the items are still available online so clearly they are letting people order items they don't have every single day, I have since contacted the customer service team 😂 as if, to be promised a refund urgently, no one has ever come back to me, I then made an official complaint on Friday and was again promised a message back but yet again no contact and no refund. This has now been going on for three weeks and absolutely none of this is my fault, I will never ever be buying anything from them ever again and they still owe me a refund of £858, they are a joke and I would advise people not to trust a word they say, I have now been promised by 10 separate curry's staff that they would fix this problem and I still in exactly the same position as I was a month ago

Currys can start with their customers services. Phoned in to see where my parcel is and got told the laptop I order doesn’t get made anymore after a week. Phoned again to change my order and got told my order got cancelled even tho I didn’t ask to cancel it. After few days phoned back to see why I didn’t receive any emails or texts that my order got cancelled and got told that my order was never cancelled absolutely horrible experience I had with currys. After all that I got told I need to wait until they open an investigation. So basically it’s been 3 weeks, no refunds or calls or anything from them. Absolutely crazy when you think company this big and you have to deal with stupid problems like this.
