We bought the Acer 10 inch tab for our daughter for Christmas and paid £139.99, I asked if it would possibly go down in price, they could not answer that question but told me, if the price goes down within 7 days we could get the difference back, we checked online 6 days later and discovered the price had gone down by £40, we went back to the shop, shown them our receipt and a refund was issued. I must add, the girl who served me didn't seem to happy when I explained why I was waiting at customber service (a smile would go a long way) I think all customers should be made aware of this when making a purchase especially at this time of year when the January sales begin.

After been told my order was out of stock two minutes after they took my money. I was eventually thrilled when the kept me informed and true to their word I received the goods when back in and on the day and time stated

Ordered goods online for collection at store. Part of order damaged. The staff had no power to help replace. Basically accept the goods or refund but no guarantee could re purchase at same price.

I purchased a new oven on line following one of their typical "Special Offer ends today" scenarios ......So I paid for it thinking I got a good deal.....Then blow me the following week they were offering the oven with no special offer prices £40 cheaper than I bought it for ..........................What a bunch.Anyway lesson learned when dealing with that lot ....

ive recently purchased a new dryer from currys, the in store service was exceptional, however the know how experience which lead up to this purchase, as my old aplience broke and was under know how policy. The service of knowhow was absolutely horrendous. Every excuse under the sun, put on hold, put through to there subcontract company without being informed. Even after my appliance as wrote off after four callouts and major work being carried out, with original problem not being resolved they didn't want to give me my code for new appliance, with every excuse and distraction under the sun. Three phone calls later I finually got it. What a drama, the total opposite to what I signed up for and paid for. If it wasn't for such a good shop service I wouldn't be giving any stars at all.

Products available and service very good before handing your money over. After sales service stinks. Once they have made a sale they no longer want to be helpful at all. This is not just one store this is a nationwide problem

Laptop was out of stock at Torquay. Had to drive miles to collect from Exeter store. Check your local store has an item before setting out. Lack of stock has occured before but l had forgotten the previous problems.

Difficult to get assistance and was overly interested in selling talk talk internet even though we told him no. But Samsung galaxy tab a was good value.

We arrived at currys knowing what we wanted to purchase. We checked the shelves for the microwave but there were none left on the shelf. We asked a member of staff with a clipboard if he could serve us his reply was i will take your name and call you when a member of staff us free? We was walking out the shop and when we got downstairs there was a very smiley possibly helpful member of staff called Trevor. I asked if he could help which he was very happy to do. We went back upstairs he then got his colleague Dan to locate the microwave from stock efficiently. We paid for our purchase and Trevor offered to carry out to my car. Thank you Trevor. Trevor saved the day. What on earth was the person with the clipboard doing: 1- he could have served us as he was free. It wasn't that busy anyway!!! 2 he could have asked another member of staff to serve us. There were several members of staff downstairs doing nothing as apparently they had surplus members of staff from Hove branch working there as the Hove branch had been flooded and staff had been transferred Trevor and Dan 10 out of 10 for customer service Clipboard staff member 0 for customer service
