“Thank You” just does not seem adequate enough to convey how me and my wife feel about the way you have helped us rebuild our credit and get our life back on track. I have never met someone as incredible and knowledgeable as you and you have the ability to motivate and inspire people to get their finances back in order. It is really amazing to see the change it made for my family and our life just by listening and doing what you asked of us for our credit repair. Awful customer service. I have a curry customer account I placed an order for a fridge. It said you can order a door reversal service too. This option wasn't available on line. At the same time I placed my order I noticed my phone number was an old one so I updated this too. I then tried to order the door service by asking the webchat, they couldn't do it, whats the point of a webchat agent if they can't do anything? They gave me a number to call. The options on their aren't even clear. I eventually got through to someone and they asked me laods of questions to verify my identity, name, address, e-mail address, order number. They asked for my phone number but it didn't match what was on their system. even though I had updated my number. I spoke to the complainst team and went through the same process and not resolved so whats the point of a complaints team? I then found my old phone number so was eventually able to place the order. But whats the point of registering for an account and being able to update your phone number if this then doesn't do anything and you have to go routing around for old phone numbers? They charged me £35 they should have offered this to me for free. I then tried to find out an e-mail address so I could put my complaint in writing, they couldn't give me an e-mail address. The receipt I was sent has a customer service e-mail address wrote to that and got an auto response saying it was no longer being monitored, so whats the point of putting an e-mail address on their receipts if they aren't monitoring e-mails. Please do not use currys the customer service is awful. Amazon often do the same items and their service is better. John Lewis also do similar items, can be more expensive but their customer service is much better. Currys no longer seem to be interested in customer service. I will not be using them again.

I spoke with someone 2 weeks ago on the… I spoke with someone 2 weeks ago on the chat I explain that I am a gamer and I was trying to do everything and nothing helps. Of course, the issue was tested on 3 different computers so definitely a problem with the screen. But the agent told me that I will be without the screen for 5 days I said for me it is a problem because I need it for work so can I think and come back later and he promised to me that he will leave a notification on the chat and next agent will know what to do and will send a technician to me. The screen have more problems so I came back to the customer service... How your customer service works are completely... I have no clue what can I even say about that. One person send me a link to the page which is not working and just left the chat (yes he wasn't disconnected he just left). He sends this link: visitupdate.teamknowhow.com The second person was completely rude! This is completely not acceptable! Plus issue wasn't solved. I don't know to be honest this kind of behavior should be published everywhere because the line was completely crossed.

A terrific waste of time – supplied them my hard drive for data recovery late December and come the end of January it's barely arrived at the repair centre because of the staff's incompetence in following the procedures correctly. The staff (bath road store) are more interested in avoiding customers and genuinely do not care about their jobs. This is not the first time Currys customer service has let them down – do not give them the benefit of the doubt.

Bought a £400 hoover washing machine from Curry's Swansea and it's packed up after just over 12 months, bloody rubbish, talk about the environment you expect white goods to last longer than 12 months , on top of that you can't get hold of the buggars by phone poor service and poor quality.

My ex husband was always coming home late, making calls in private and denying me the privileges of a wife. So I had to hire this professional private investigator who remotely hacked into his emails, facebook, whatsapp and tracked his calls. I was really heartbroken when I saw his dirty talk with the other women he was sleeping with. To all those who suspect their spouse of cheating, you can find out. Ordered washing machine with plumbing service and taking away old one. It was paid for everything in advance. Then I have been told by two young men that they can not do it because they were unable to turn off the main water supply. So they did nothing saying that I need a plumber and left me with old washing machine and new one in the middle of the kitchen. 😬 Appailing customer service and totally unprofessional.

Bought an Xbox series x an Elite series 2 controller in a bungle, the controllers thumb stick broke so contacted curry’s hoping to get it exchanged only to be told the whole bundle has to go back. They arranged collection from nearest dpd pick up point,Dpd didn’t collect it on the day they were supposed to so got back in contact with curry’s online who hung up on me on two separate occasions to void dealing with the problem. Very poor customer service from curry’s, doesn’t help having foreign call centres!

We purchased an AEG induction hob , just over a month after fitting it started tripping the RCD on our consumer unit. Eventually, after many failed phone calls got through to the repair service and an engineer called, ordered a part which was fitted a few days later. Two weeks ago the same thing happened, turn it on, blows the RCD, whole house without power. we are still waiting to get someone to visit. Numerous calls, emails, chats. Curry's have subbed it to third party and couldn't give a ****! I am about to go down the Small Claims Court route because I am getting nowhere. Useless after sales, they don't know what Customer Service means. Never again.

My experience with Currys had been terrible on a few occasions. Substandard products backed by terrible customer service. I've decided going forward I will no longer give them any custom. I was pushed pillar to post for a price match which I eventually proved was genuine. And then had a printer breakdown in less that a year with maybe having been used only 30prints or so. The replacement again I had to followup 7 times on calls and multiple tim s on webchat only to be promised it would be resolved by each agent to no end. You've lost a customer Curry's well done

What a shambolic company. The customer service is the worst I have experienced, the loop of the call centre is horrendous, from the time of having to report a repair, to them writing off the washing machine has been nothing but error and problem. 37 phone calls (The power of smart phones) and 04 days later, I have been advised that they will be in touch. Live chat - not available even to purchase Email - still awaiting response

Absolutely disgusting service! Ordered an oven in December, the delivery date was changed numerous times. Oven delivered and not fitted although i paid for fitting. Store Manager fobbed me off many times.

I once lost an incredible amount of money to a fake Binary Option Broker. It all started from a facebook chat and after some persuasion I decided to invest. After months of constant investment of about $80k, I decided to ask for a payout. This was the beginning of my turmoil, to my dismay I was still asked to invest more. Being a Single father,this really affected me and despite all, efforts to contact them failed. I received a damaged phone from currys and arranged for an exchange. They delivered the same damaged item to my address. When I spoke to the advisor over the phone they said they could arrange a pickup next week, so I was without a phone for a week. I am disappointed I have paid so much money for an item. I wish I had just ordered from Giffgaff.

I’m trying to help my son repair his credit. A few years ago he helped us with some stuff by putting things in his name and unfortunately due to some serious financial issues, we were not able to stay afloat and therefore his credit was damaged which I have felt guilty about all this time. We are now in a position to fix things and we reached out to 'Fixmycredit at writeme d0t com' through a friend. Within few weeks they worked on his credit, scores improved to high 700s from 593 and all debts was cleared off from his report Great experience.

Cyberdon AT techie DOT com, I cannot thank you enough for the personal attention you have given to my credit and to my personal finances. As a Real Estate Investor, I thought I could work on my credit by myself but I have had no success. Once I did what you asked and you took over, things went much smoother. I had things come off my credit that I thought would never come off. I appreciate the fact that when you said you were available to your clients 24/7 that it was actually true and not BS.

Ordered a Apple Watch 7 for Christmas present which was delivered on 22nd December, however I received a IPad Pro. As I'm a honest person I called Currys to point out there mistake and it was picked up 24th December and told I'd get my Apple watch within 48hrs of returning the Ipad Pro. Called Currys 6th January as I'd heard nothing, told they would create a ticket to see what had happend, now 11th January and still not heard anything.... worst service ever!!!! I'll stick to Amazon from now on.
