“BOUGHT 55" HISENCE TV. USED IT FOR 2 MONTH.SCREEN DEVELOPED SOME LINES ON THE LCD. NO PHYSICAL DAMAGES. NOT BEEN TOUCHED. CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY PICKED IT UP. “The worst customer service I've ever experienced, they cancelled my delivery on the morning it was due but never sent me a email or txt,when I called customer service the could not give me an answer and told me to go back to the store, At the store the manager was rude and told me he couldn't help and to call customer service, After three hours of frustration I finally got a answer to why and when my delivery was cancelled, All the staff in the Tottenham Court Road store were being sarcastic and not willing to help.Never going to order anything fro. Currys again.”

“I bought a ring bell and paid Ā£50 for installation.I was told I would be contacted in regards to when it can be installed. After 15 days of no contact I tried to get in contact with Curryā€™s I phoned 3 different numbers , I was transferred 6 times , I was left waiting , , I was disconnected, I had all my documents and details of purchase, . The most unbelievable un professional works. I have always bought products from Curryā€™s never ever again.”

“I'm going through a nightmare with them bought a pump tumble dryer sharp got it delivered 30th Jan this year used it 4 times and it stopped working i asked for refund as only had it 2 weeks but was told no it had to be fixed they came out fixed it then 3 weeks later not working once again i said again i want my money back but no had to get it fixed again baring in mind each time had to wait 10 days for engineer when he came out 2nd time it was something different to first time it was the pump and circuit board by this time i was livid phoned currys said its not fit for purpose they agreed to take it back even got an email stating this i waited and waited for a date of pick up in mean time i bought a tumble dryer from ao.com now currys have turned round and said they are not allowing me to return it and again i have to get it fixed and wait 3 weeks for engineer to see what he says problem is then wait for parts I'm so angry and my complaints are just being ignored even citizens advice said I'm entitled to refund but there is only one number for currys and no offence but I'm sure its out of the country as i can't understand a word they say . So stressed šŸ˜«”

“Theyā€™re getting one star because itā€™s the minimum I can give but Iā€™d never shop there again! After paying Ā£200 for a Nintendo switch for my daughter as a Christmas present it started giving lots of problems in February. It literally couldnā€™t come if the charger or the battery would die straightaway. I Contacted currys for a replacement only to be told I have to get it repaired by Nintendo. Iā€™m not happy because I have been down this manufacturer repair route before with other products and 3-6 months later Iā€™m in the same boat again with another repair for the same product that was already repaired previously. The game console obviously came to me faulty but according to Currys it needs to have shown fault within 30 days in order to get a replacement. Iā€™m angry because for a game console so expensive it should be able to be replaced for as long as 3 months.”

“Washing machine broke for the 3rd time ,engineer out straight away ,it was just the belt......it was out of stock for 3 week ,I rang back to complain that I'd had no washer for that time an I couldn't understand why it was still out of stock....just take one if one in warehouse.....lady told me I'd have a replacement in 5 days rang back after 7 just to be told belt out of stock šŸ˜¤šŸ˜¤šŸ˜¤šŸ˜¤then demanded speak to their boss I was told I'd get a voucher which I did but no way was doing it in line went straight to Northwich store where a lovely lady called Denise sorted everything out for me an my washer was delivered next day by ace delivery team .......never again will I do it in line or over the phone .....I'm heading to Northwich store an see Denise ....keep hold of her Currys she a star ā­ā­ā­ā­ā­”
