“If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered 3 weeks ago, and still have not received. On contacting customer support both via email and Facebook, all I hear is that the shipping partners are busy, and that is causing the delay. As far as I can see, the only thing that has happened with my order is a shipping label.
Now I get asked to write a review, with literally nothing to review except poor customer service, and no actual answers to where my product is.”
“Did not send ordered items, stated it was delivered with a tracking number given after lack of delivery. Refused to resolve issue, so had item paid for never delivered with not resolution. Would never order from this company again”
