“I bought 3 seat blue velvet sofa on 8th of June and received the item after 10 days. It's very good time for free delivery - majority of retailers required 3-8 weeks waiting time, even local ones (I live in Cornwall). No issues, good email communication, tracked delivery with email and txt message updates, sofa is fabulous, very good quality materials and great value for the price. I can only recommend the retailer, I will definitely buy from them again.”
“Received a table that has been used, customer service has ignored all my emails despite the photos sent over.
I will be escalating this case to small claims court to protect my consumer rights. This is not right for a company to take advantage of consumer.”
“Our order number 52327 burnt orange 2 seat sofa arrived - upon unpacking I discovered a fault with it - my wife emailed daals with photos etc - while waiting for a reply my daughter sat on it only for the bloody leg to break clean off,mounting plate an all - another email with photos to daals - eventually we get a reply agreeing to take the sofa back and this would be done 7-10 days - almost a fortnight later and this still has not happened - further emails have gone unanswered and good luck getting to speak to anyone - I’m now left with no option to pursue it legally.
Avoid this shambles of a company at all costs!!!”
“I've had a dreadful time with this company..delivered a desk instead of the bracket for my hanging cocoon chair..complained politely..I am polite!..sent pics of the said desk..still no go!..then when they were satisfied I was kosher etc I told them when I was available and when not!..delivered when I wasn't home..changed to this week..got up 5.30. as delivery slot was 6 'til 9..no go .went out & today got an email saying they'd been in the afternoon...I've never ever had anything like this happen before..my blood is boiling!....”

“When I moved six months ago, I wanted to purchase a quality piece of bedroom furniture that would last. I could have easily found something cheap that would work in the short term but that wasn't what I wanted. I spent double the price to purchase from Daal's because they provided a 12 month warranty among other things. I wasn't impressed with how long the assembly took but I again thought it would be worth it.
After 5 months, my bed frame cracked at the headboard in a way that is both unsightly and structurally vulnerable. I reported this to Daal's since this would obviously be covered under the warranty. Instead of honoring the warranty they tout on their website, they took eons to respond to my emails only to blame me for their faulty product. This shows their poor customer service and lack of faith into their cheaply made, overpriced products. Stay away from this company, you'd be better off buying from Ikea or Wayfair.”
“Scamners, no phone contact try the number on their website. Emails unanaswered or just standard pasted replies. Use paypal if you risk buying here. It took me three months to get my money back. They are a joke so I would avoid them.”

“Very bad company. Would not recommend to anyone. Received two weeks ago my table with a missing leg. Customer service has not responded to any of my emails. Not one single response. The package is standing in my living room and I cannot do anything with it. Also no refund. Terrible company. My next step will be reporting to financial ombudsman as the company completely ignores my emails.”
“Don't use this company! No customer service at all. You can't phone them as you need an extension number to get through so I am unable to return faulty goods or get a refund. I took delivery of a nest of tables not only were the tables a different colour than advertised but there is puncture damage to the top of one of the tables. I have emailed three times and provided details through the return of faulty goods link on the website and have received no communication at all well beyond your company’s stated response time.”
“Cant leave 0 star. Worst customer service I have dealt with. Desk I bought cane with a wrong part meaning its impossible to built. Been waiting since start of January for a reaolution. Customer service seem to believe asking to send the part we need is an impossible ask. Inital resolution given was if we wanted £20 off the desk to keep it. Keep a pile of wood. What a joke. No response now to emails and got told 30 workong days for a pick. Which once picked up we should contact the company to advise its been picked up. Absolutely fried minds working for them.”
