“Scammers! Emails to customer support went unanswered for weeks. Eventually when I started a dispute through my credit card company I was told that I'd be receiving a full refund. That was 2 weeks ago. So far nothing! AVOID!”

“These people are joke. They not deliver anything. Customer service is non existent and have never reply to many emails since July. They are ripping off customer. Give me my paid for product or money back. I urge Tingman to wake up and not support the dishonest persons. Once they may had been ok but now turn into scammer. Don't buy from here !!!”

“DailyPuzzles.com.au is a SCAM. They have gone missing in action and taken peoples money, including mine and delivered only silence. They will not reply to any correspondence at all, no matter how many times you try. DO NOT spend your money here as you will never see your products or get a refund, buy from somewhere reputable and honest, for that is something you wont find with dailypuzzles.com.au”

“Have bought a lot of things from here and they are very very slow - I don't believe they have things in stock, also they filter the reviews on website, negative reviews don't get posted - last two orders they have sent with items missing, first time responded reasonably quick and sent item, however second one was very expensive item and cannot get a hold of anybody and won't reply. If I was Tingman I would seriously consider removing his attachment to this company until they fix the issues. They seem to be doing the same tricks of sending missing items far too often.”

“This site takes your money then doesn't deliver the goods or only some of them. Many many people are reporting this across many review sites. The reviews on the site itself are fake. They are completely non responsive to any contact. I believe they are now a SCAM WEBSITE. Hang your head in shame Billy Pippan of Adelaide Australia. Do the right thing and stop ripping innocent people off.”

“Customer support does not exist. Multiple customers are reporting that they have not received orders placed 3/4 weeks ago. All of us have emailled in but not one of us is getting a reply. At this point it is looking like this is a scam operation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!”

“I thought I would give DailyPuzzles a second crack. After all, Tingman on YouTube spruiks DailyPuzzles all the time. The first time around the 11M Duo took WEEKS to arrive. Now on the "win back my trust" attempt the same garbage experience is happening. I've even paid for express shipping! I grabbed a 365 M on Amazon and had it 12 hours later. I no longer believe for one second that DailyPuzzles have any stock. So damn disappointing.”

“These people are a scam. They are not contactable. I sent various emails and as I purchased with catch they are now under investigation for there buisness dealings. I sent 3 emails, catch sent 2. I finally got a reply and it was 3 laughing emoji. If I could rate zero I would”

“What a scam. I ordered a cube and lubricant, only the lube arrived yet the owner of the company had signed off the customs declaration saying both items were in the parcel. Ignored email, enquiry through website and phone calls.”

“Can someone please help me? I bought a Cube from Dailypuzzle and sent an email to return it because it was broken. This is the reply I got back. --------------------------------------- Thanks so much for reaching out to us! We have received your email and will respond as soon as possible. We are taking longer than usual to reply to emails at the moment due to a high volume of inquries. Rest assured if you have emailed us we will 100% back to you as fast as possible. Expected wait time: 2-5 businesss days Why hasn't my email been responded yet? Since we are running behind, each email is responded on a first come first serve basis- please kindly don't reply to your existing email thread again as it will reset your position in the queue. If you need to update your inquiry, please send a seperate second email with further details. ------------------------------------- I have not received a reply for more than 10 days now. Even if I wanted to contact them, I can't because it says that if I send the email again, the order will be replaced. There is no phone number listed on the site either. I am very distrustful. What should I do? If I don't do anything, the 30 day return period will be over. I think this is a very bad company.”

“I am yet to have my order shipped; i have contacted customer service 3 times and didn't get a response; Finally when i posted a comment on Facebook they finally responded. Finally they said the order is ready and it will ship asap. 3 days later; i still can't see that it has shipped.”

“I bought several cubes from this company. They are based in adelaide and I live a few km's from them. The last order took 10 days and I missed a birthday present. If they walked the cube to me it would have been quicker. When I contacted the company to ask for explanations, they did not respond, and when I followed up with more emails, they were also ignored. This company does not offer express post or click and collect on their website, and there are no other ways to purchase. 1 star based on very poor customer service, zero communication and extremely slow shipping. If the company sees this review, I am the person who has been trying to contact them via email for the past week.”
