“Message wasn’t sent with flowers so receiver didn’t know who they were from.”

“The flowers was alright but I couldn’t believe what I heard from my friend who I send the Bouquet of flowers she said that he heard someone outside their gate then saw a person threw the flower into her backyard.”

“Great flowers I chose but when they were delivered they were wilted and when my sister took them inside the petals were falling off the flowers disappointing for the amount of money I paid, it was like the courier had the heater on in the car if it wasn’t for covid I would have picked them up myself”

“I have no problem with the actual flowers they were lovely but I was disappointed about the time they arrived. They came after 5pm in the afternoon I was hoping they were going to be delivered in the morning for by girlfriend’s special birthday.”

“Flowers were great , full bouquet which was good . The delivery came to my house not the person it was supposed to go to . You had my address on the card . I had to organise a lift to deliver the flowers to the recipient ( I have a broken leg) . So it was very annoying actually and frustrating . I know mistakes happen but REALLY . I had paid for delivery . The whole exercise is not a cheap one . So to say I was angry as the understatement.”

“I have ordered a number of blooms recently and always been so pleased with them. Sadly the tulips I ordered for my husband were flat on arrival and sadly disappointing. Lovely colour.”

“Flower arrangement, the delivery and the online convenience. However whilst the flower arrangement was lovely. I thought that the $55-59 dollar tag before delivery was not good value for the size of the flower arrangement received.”

“We loved the harmony, but the Pixie looked quite different from how it shows via the website. We could've upsized it if we knew the basic Pixie was just a normal bunch and quite a small amount of blooms. Also, it would be good if the blooms were wrapped a bit more neatly. We took the flower with us for a couple of graduation photos and the brown wrapper/material was all loose and we had to tighten it so many times... :(”
