The flowers were beautiful but the message I carefully wrote was not included so my recipient had no idea who had sent them, so that was disappointing.

Online booking and processing was smooth and easy. But the delivery person left the flowers at the delivery address without even ringing the bell or a knock on the door. The receiver found it lying at their gate, late at night….that’s terrible.

Happy with the delivery service. The flowers were nice but I was a little disappointed as I was expecting them to be brighter.

Firstly, the flowers arrived on time. I have a monthly subscription to deliver on the 6th and 6th August was my wife's birthday. So thank you. The quality of the flowers and the freshness of them does not deserve more than a 3 I am afraid. I live in Singapore any my wife and family live in Melbourne hence the monthly delivery and this is the first month I am in Australia and seen then. I have had photos sent previously and the other flowers were fantastic so as an average you are higher but the survey is asking me on these.

I was very disappointed this time with the delivery. I ordered flowers on Thursday 15th for deliver Monday 19th for my daughter in law’s birthday. The courier left them at the door at 5.30pm when her birthday was nearly over. I believe the flowers were beautiful though, very disappointed in delivery.

Great ease of both ordering and delivery. The bouquet my mum got was definitely not as generous as the one in the photos, which were pretty misleading. The price was right for my budget, so I would have picked the same bouquet regardless, but I would appreciate an accurate representation of what I was ordering. Not sure whether I'd use your service again.

The flowers are lovely, but I have been disappointed with the arrangements both with an order I made and a separate delivery I received. I used to be really impressed by the quality and artistry of the arrangement, now it’s just a bunch of flowers thrown together. The delivery guys are also odd.

Lovely arrangement and wrapping from Daily Blooms. Although underwhelmed Although we wrote a message to the delivery company to leave the flowers in the shade if no one was home, they are left in direct sunlight. Hence, flowers received a little withered. As a result, will not be using this service again.

I did not see the floral arrangement because I live in a different state. So I can’t comment on how the flowers looked, but have been told by my daughter-in-law that they were very nice. May be a good idea to send a pic of the final arrangement just before delivery to the sender. But very pleased with the service.

Hello, Love your business and the beautiful arrangements you guys put together. I recently sent my cousin in Sydney a bunch after her husky passed away. The photo she sent me the day she received them, made me happy cause they looked so good. However the next day they did deteriorate quite a bit, they didn't look as fresh and looked older then what they were. I totally understand they traveled quite far to get there, I'm just providing feedback I received, and thought you should know too.

Daily Blooms used to be the most beautiful flowers. Quality has really slipped since they started outsourcing to florists. Customer service non-existent, I’ve sent 2 emails about my last orders and they didn’t even bother replying. I’m looking around for a new go-to service. Shame.

Hello, I am sorry to hear of your most recent experience. We don't outsource any of our bouquets to local florists, every single arrangement is made in our Melbourne warehouse. If you would like to email alex@dailyblooms.com.au with your recent order numbers I would definitely like to get to the bottom of why your emails haven't been responded to - we do get back to every customer email within 24 hours so I am unsure what has happened in this instance. I received flowers from my daughter who ordered through you, and was most disappointed as they were tired and wilting. They arrive sometime after 12md 01/04/2021 I have used your services many times and received many magnificent bouquets which last for days But the present bunch are looking less than magnificent Very disappointing for the sender and receiver I am unable to produce a picture as it beyond my computer abilities

Ordering, etc good. No delivery notification, though. The Melbourne firm I used for Mum sent delivery updates and a photo of the flowers as delivered. Great for my peace of mind in NZ to know they had safely arrived. Hopefully your ones were safely delivered in Perth to my newly widowed Aunt. I cannot answer any of the delivery questions below because I have no idea. Maybe you can answer them and report back?

I bought a monthly subscription of flowers and a lot of the flowers arrived wilte. I had to remove some of the flowers from the bunch only a few days after as they had completely died. I have been following their instructions and change the water daily but am a bit disappointed that the flowers were not fresh. I am hoping that my future deliveries will be better quality. The flowers that were not wilted are nice and the arrangement and wrapping is quite pretty.
