The bouquet didn’t arrive at the correct door - my daughter’s apartment is around the side of the main house so it was a few hours after delivery that she received it.

Hi Keren, We're so sorry that the flowers were left at the wrong door. Apartment buildings can be tricky for our drivers sometimes but please feel free to leave delivery notes in the "special instructions" section next time to ensure smooth delivery. Thank you for your feedback!

I’ve loved Daily Blooms for a long time, and they use to bring me joy and excitement every time a posy was delivered. But unfortunately, my recent bunches have been a lower quality & haven’t looked fresh. This is really disappointing particularly due to the price increases in the last 12 months. I know times have been tough, but the previous price & quality of Daily Blooms use to give the company a competitive edge, but after my last few experiences I am no longer inclined to buy Daily Blooms due to the unreliable quality. I do however commend the team on the fast delivery and same day purchase option. I’m sorry to provide negative feedback, but I’m sad to have to discontinue buying from a brand I use to really love. Thanks!

The flowers were delivered but no knock on the door or doorbell. Receiver was home and I had to call to get her to check her door.

Ordered two bunches of flowers & was very happy with one but the Pixie bunch was very disappointing, I was hoping they would be a lot more colourful as in your pictures. I understand if some flowers aren’t in season but I wanted something bright & colourful for this lady.

Disappointed that my request for some purple blooms appears to have been ignored. From the photo, there doesn’t seem to be many flowers as well and the rose seems to be at the end of its life 🙁 Not great value for $75 plus $10 delivery

site was user friendly and easy to purchase. however the flowers didn't look at all as the picture. They still like the gift however it's not an exact reflection to the image.

We have a flower subscription with you currently and this is not the first time. We’ve always felt you provided a really artistic service with interesting flower choices in the bouquets. Can I just say I’ve been a little underwhelmed by the 2 bouquets my recipient has received so far. She hasn’t complained but I just noticed that the quality of the bouquets are not what they were. They remind me of supermarket bouquets rather than the high standard you’ve provided in the past. For $89 a bunch I think you need to think about what kind of service you’re giving customers. Thanks

Flowers were ok but arrived quite droopy. A little disappointed to be honest. Doesn’t have the fullness of the arrangement on the website and definitely not $75 worth of flowers.

I was very surprised at how small the bunch was and how very short the stems were - all my vases were far too big for the short small bunch. Not what I expected to be honest.

Everything was ok. I just hope that next time the carrier deliver my flowers that they won’t be all over the place. I had to rearrange them myself to look good.

Didn’t think it was value for money. The tulips weren’t a big enough bunch for the price I paid. But it was great service and great communication :)

I was a bit disappointed as the flowers arrived to my sister for her birthday a bit wilted. Beautiful selection of flowers though.

The delivery service was great and the flowers seemed really fresh which I loved! The thing I didn’t love so much was the colour choice of the arrangement. I felt that there wasn’t as much of a variety of colours and a lot of dark purples were used in the the bouquet so there weren’t much contrast and it all kind of blended together :(

I love the flowers. However I though that delivery will be next day. But I ordered them on Monday and their were delivered on Thursday.
