Weâve had several pairs of the boysâ regulation character shoes as my son has grown and they have been good quality. They are quite narrow so we have to order a bigger size to allow for his wide feet.”

“I paid for the fast 24hr postage, but the leotard didnât arrive til a week later, which was a day after the exam we needed it for and I had to buy another one from elsewhere. I could not get hold of Customer Service by email or phone, though I tried several times. As you have to pay to return an item, which seems unreasonable seeing as how I paid extra for the failed fast postage I am now left with a duplicate leotard which I shall probably flog on Vinted. Disappointing service, wonât be purchasing through Dancewear Central again.”

“I ordered Fuego dance trainers in what I thought was the right size on a Monday, they arrived on Wednesday, they werenât the correct size I returned them and re ordered some more in two sizes, the original ones were refunded back into my account on the Friday, the second ones arrived and I chose the pair that fried the best and sent the other pair back, money in my account within days, ver rare to get that level of service thankyou very much Iâll definitely buy from you again!”

“Having used a number of online dance retailers in recent years I find myself increasingly heading here as they sell everything! Last time we had to return ballet shoes (they looked weird apparently...) which was a really smooth process. Prices are fair and sometimes cheaper than other places. Plenty of stock and really fast turnaround on orders (which is always helpful as I'm always last minute!)”

“Very disappointed that the sellers page is is ÂŁ sterling but the shoe sizes are American and at no point are you prompted to check. This resulted in me ordering three separate times and two leta of return postage, which is disfraceful BTW. Buyers beware!”
