“Terrible communication. Only delivered half the order with no reason for a delay. Then when emailed said they were out of stock. 7 weeks later after numerous emails I asked for a refund. No communication unless I emailed. No apology. Refund sent straight away on request which is the only positive.”

Dancewear Central operates a backorder system, and items that are out of stock at the time of ordering are dispatched as soon as they arrive from the supplier. Unfortunately, we have recently been let down by Freed, with their deliveries being postponed on multiple occasions.
You should have been kept updated about these delays, and we apologise that this communication did not take place. Your order has now been refunded, and we’re very sorry that your experience did not reflect the high standard of service we aim to provide.

“I find Dancewear Central reasonably priced but paying for returns has made me choose going elsewhere usually. I went with DC on this occasion as they were slightly cheaper than my other options, however, I’m now paying the equivalent price as I have to pay to exchange so I might as well gone elsewhere.”
