“Amazing customer service provided by dancing leopard oli... My favourite dove dress belt had lost a couple of its eyelets through fastening. After messaging to see if any spare that I could purchase oli replied straight away and within 24 hours had located one and is posting it out free of charge. Five star customer service and as always love all dancing leopard items. Thank you dancing leopard and oli”

“Beautiful clothes and amazing customer service. I made a purchase and my NHS discount didn’t go through - all I had to do was email and Oli at customer service refunded the difference, no questions asked. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. I can’t wait to receive my dress and I’ll be ordering more from DL ❤️”

“What wonderful Service - We found this company froseeing a Celebrity wearing the Red Dove dress on a game show. My Partner abolutely loves the designs and fits. The customer service is also second to None. They sent the wrong size in error and they replaced the garment within 24hrs!!! (allowing us to return the incorrect garment with a free retun label later). We will be making more orders! Shout to Oli for superb service!”

“I contacted helpchat this morning to see when my order would be shipped, Oli said it would be with me by the weekend, I asked if that would be Friday as I need my dress for then so Oli then went and pushed the shipping through - how good is that for service!!! This is someone going above and beyond to please a customer, other companies would just read you a script and fob you off but not Oli at DL - thank you so much and please continue with this excellent service, I'll be back :-)”

“The customer service here is amazing. I emailed with an issue/ problem and Oli emailed me to say he had resolved this and even upgraded my request for free as it was my birthday. It’s service like this that makes a business. Would 100% buy from here again. Thanks again Oli!”

“Have always loved the quality of the clothes but have experienced fantastic customer service this time. After my NHS discount code didn’t work but my payment went through, I contacted them and within less than 24hours the difference was refunded to me and I was notified the product had been dispatched. Excellent service!!!!!”

“I have placed a couple of orders with Dancing Leopard; delivery is always quick & I love the quality & individuality of DL clothing. I had to contact customer services following my most recent order as a discount didn't apply at check out. I received a prompt & friendly reply from Oli who had arranged a refund for the difference. Great customer service! I highly recommend DL!”

“Live chat is very slow to start off with and almost not live as you having to wait a few minutes to talk to someone. However the staff at customer service (live chat) are great, I spoke to Oli who answered all my questions quickly and throughly. Thank you Oli.”
