“The shoes I received had a flaw in them. I rang the company, they immediately emailed me a prepaid returns label. I emailed them a photo of my returns receipt from the Post Office and Daniel's promptly posted me a replacement pair of shoes - all within days. Fantastic customer service!!”

“The online purchase was received earlier than expected but the return process was a bit confusing. The good thing about the return was when I took it to the shop by the time I got home an email was received that my money had been paid back into my account. This was so quick. I wanted to swap the shoes with another Michael kors shoe but that was denied. I am happy with my purchase but but of the return process was complicated for me”
