“I had to return the bikers I bought but only because the back was very'rigid'and even with a AA width size 7 foot I couldn't get my foot in the boot ! They weren't too small but I literally could not insert my foot in the boot. However the service and packaging etc was excellent as was my return. So yes Iwould recommend them.”

“Being in Ireland - inputting address was a bit tricky at checkout - kept not recognising the postal address despite postal code being added - took 3 attempts - almost left site but got there in the end. Delivery was SUPER quick & was delighted with the price - had been looking for these type of Birkenstocks for ages on lots of different sites so THANK YOU - delighted with my purchase - so comfy & am living in them during lockdown! “Recently ordered a pair of high tops ( arrived quite quickly considering covid 19 restrictions) which were too big. Exchange not an option so reordered in a smaller size & returned original pair. The second pair arrived within 2 days of my order. Impressed! Refunded quickly. Only given 4 stars as no exchange option - otherwise very good service and will use Daniel Footwear again.”

“I’d been looking at these Piccadilly white Flatforms for over 12 months, since visiting the shop in Harrogate. I like them and they are comfortable, I’m just so disappointed as they are not as white as they appear online. Bit of a let down as they are an expensive trainer :( The service from Daniel Footwear was excellent.”

“The process from order to delivery was really quick. The shoes were packaged well and they looked like the image on the website. Unfortunately the shoes were a small size 8 so I had to send them back.”
