“This is the second time I’ve ordered from this site and I have been satisfied each time! The delivery time was accurate and the cost reasonable! The only one down side was the size guide was a little confusing with all of the different brands but I just went off the basic one at the top and thankfully they fit”

“My online order arrived quickly, and I could conveniently return unwanted shoes to my local store. I was however disappointed in the refund process, which seemed to take longer than other stores, and the email which I received, ambiguously stated 'Your order has been updated', with no other information or reference to WHAT had been updated! Customers being left to assume that the relevant refund has been processed, is surely not good service?”

“shoes did not fit...I ordered wrong size..not companies mistake...however it cost $50 to ship back more than half my order so I can not afford to order there anymore”

“I bought some Superga platform trainers and love the shoes. Great quality and an excellent price online in the sale (considerably cheaper than all competitors although I am not sure if they were the same price in store). The order process was good but I didn't receive a notification from the delivery co when they were delivered and had to call the shop myself to see if they were in.”

“Great customer service from Natalie. Unfortunately the wrong item was sent initially but Natalie managed to get a replacement with morning delivery in time for prom. The bag itself is really nice, my daughter loved it.”

“There's a great variety of products on DANIEL footwear. I was after a handbag, I still am! And was thrilled that the bag I wanted was on sale. I got the bag, straightforward process, but unfortunately the bag was too small for the intended use, which was disappointing, but the bag itself was good. I think there should be pictures to show a model holding the bag, which would make it easier for customers to know how it will potentially look like. I think if I had that, I would have saved myself the time of ordering and returning a bag that wasn't going to be fit for purpose. Think about it DanielFootwear.”

“Ordered two pairs of sandals, the shoes were nice but on day I received them they went into sale ! Returned them and will reorder! Nice quality shoes not much communication regarding delivery.”

“Trued the mules on in York designer outlet but one shoe had been streached too much for my thin feet so I ordered them on line but I'm sad to say they are just not finished as well as the pair in the shop and with work and family issues I don't have the time to sort out a return exchange as I'm going on holiday soon however if they do fall apart I will be returning them.”

“Overall I was very pleased with the how quickly the shoes were delivered,my only concern was that I ordered Birkenstocks and usually you are told in the dicription of the product the width which is either regular or slim ,these didn't say so thinking if they were a slim fit they would be state this so they must be a regular fit I ordered them, and they were a slim fit , luckily they fit ok even though I am a regular fit usually,please in future state the width on the Birkenstock shoes this will stop returns and disappointment”

“I had a great service on my original call when I wanted to check the product details & a lovely lady went to the warehouse to actually view the product for me which I was very pleased with, The product arrived but I received 2 on the same day & I was charged twice! No one could really understand why & I had the inconvenience of returning the item & I am still waiting for a refund a week later so although love the product I’m disappointed my bank account has suffered through no fault of my own”
