“the price was great and love the shoes. ordered the wrong size but managed to return them quite easily + ordered a new pair. however im not sure why there isnt an exchange option when returning. probs would have been easier. also they said they give freepost return labels i dont think i got one. also had to pay for the price of the box to put the shoes in when returning to ensure they werent damaged”

“These are so comfy and look really nice! I usually like to be able to wear thicker socks with boots (in winter) but they weren’t quite wide enough for this. Otherwise almost perfect!”

“Bought some ugg boots just before Xmas, it was fast delivery. I was rather disappointed to notice the day after they arrived they had gone down by £35 !!!!!! I wore them straight away or would Defo sent back and re ordered at the massive reduced price.”

“Paid for next day delivery but only one of the two items ordered came, the next came the day after, BUT........ after reading reviews which weren't great I still gave them a try and I am glad I did, got 2 pair of ugg wellies for my granddaughters and they were lovely, will use again”

“Ordered two items and they came at different times which wasn't a problem. The first delivery came which mentioned that both items were included when only one arrived. I contacted Daniel Footwear by email and they answered very quickly to say that the items were in different packages and appreciated their quick response.”

“Bought a Christmas present for the wife, a bag....not knowing much about bags called the customer services who were really helpful. Bag has arrived, good delivery. no idea if its a great bag, only the wife could say. but it looks a very nice bag! But can say they are easy and good to buy from.”

“I was happy with my purchase, delivery and payment method. Only the one pair of boots I had ordered seems to have a zip that gets stuck. As I needed to wear them that evening, returning was not an option. It would have been more helpful if this was checked before dispatch.”

“The items i porchased arrived on time and they were in a very good condition. The size was good and the the size guide you provided was very helpful. The only thing I wasn’t pleased about is that one of them has a sticky glow inside, like there was a sticker that has been remover. And this may strongly affect the probability of another order to be done or not.”
