“Lovely bag most annoyed it's now £30 cheaper”

“I was very happy with the assistance given over the telephone especially the lady in your alderley edge shop, she re assured me that there would be an extension to the 28 day return period for Christmas presents,what was most disappointing both to this Lady and myself was that she was unable to take the sale and payment over the telephone and I had to go onto your Customer services to confirm this point and place my order, I am an advocate of keeping the high street alive, your policy does not help :(”

“Nice site, easy to check out when order, late delivery: I ordered on 26 Oct., I got the email about passing it over to carrier on 4 Nov. and the item was delivered to me on 8 Nov. that is totally 14 days. Nice packing, item well protected.”

“My purchase of fitflop Fifi knee length boots arrived extremely quickly, well packaged. Extremely good service from store and head office when I rang for information. Marked down a star only because the boots are quite short of the knee and not very generous in the calf. I am interested in the naomi all leather boots but feel that I would not get them on my calf's (17") Anyone with slightly bigger calf's would not get these on. I have kept them because of the comfort of fitflop soles and hope that they will last, they do feel a bit thin on the leather and do not look or feel like £160 boots.”

“I am very happy with the help I received over the phone from customer services as I was having problems ordering the hand bag and was not able to order it on-line as there were technical problems at the time with the website. And I am very happy with my bag as it is very good quality and very functional also and a lovely colour.”

“I love the shoes I ordered from Daniel Footwear. One pair was delivered sooner than expected. The second pair seemed to be running late on delivery. So I contacted Daniel Footwear and they promptly replied and apologized for that delay. They sent them to me on rush delivery at no cost to me. Thank you Daniel Footwear. I will order from you again!”

“I love the saddles l bought. I got the size 5 in black but when l bought the white ones l got a size 6 as l think they are small fitting, but l do love them and do the them being flip flop style l can wear them.”
