“The service was good, but the boots I received were quite badly marked & scuffed, so had to be returned! And they didn't have anymore in that size, I had to have a refund instead”

“Arrived when it said it would, if not before actually. Really lovely packaging to make it feel very special to open. Easy to order on line and choose. Wish there had been a size in half sizes as have had to go bigger and think they are a little too big. One boot seems to be threading a tiny bit at the top. Only worn them 3 times. I do really love them and they are so comfy. I will keep an eye on where it is coming away a little at the seam.”

“I was really impressed with Daniel Footwear. Delivery was efficient and I was kept informed throughout. The only negative I could see was that there was no option for a next day delivery if you were wanting to get something at the last minute for a special occasion.”

“Ive have ben a regular customer of Daniels for many years . I recently ordered 2 pairs of shoes from online in the Black Friday event, sadly they where both too big in size but I had already decided that I loved one pair , just need then in the next size down. It was easier for me to return them to the Street Lane shop rather then by post , however when I arrived at the store the I received a hostile response from the sales assistant and was told that whilst I could return them, that I should of purchased then from the shop and not online , that way they would of received the money!!! Perhaps the staff need to be reminded that it is not their store and all sales which ever way they are purchased are valuable to the company! Perhaps you could feed this back to them please. On a good note I re purchased the shoes I wanted and am very pleased with them .”

“Its a branded MK bag i got thru Daniel Footwear.First time to order online thru them too, it was smooth and easy. But delivery could have been better. For the price I paid I expected so poshness to the delivery but it was like I ordered ASOS :(”

“After initial hiccups getting to grips with the website I think I have now cracked it. I purchased two pairs of shoes both of which fitted and I am pleased with my selection. Having the option to pay later is a benefit which I shall take advantage of in the future. All in all a good shopping experience.”

“Boots arrived promptly however some of the embellishment detail was missing. Customer Services were very helpful and offered to either replace the boots or give me a discount which was very fair. Happy with my boots, they are extremely comfortable and I have had lots of nice compliments.”

“Really pleased with my purchase, my boots are so comfy as all Daniel footwear is. There was a slight crumple on the heel of one of the boots but I kept them anyway.”
