Ordered some fab boots which unfortunately arrived damaged. I sent them back & emailed customer service to let them know. Response was very slow (but we are in a pandemic). After chasing up a few times, Ola kindly sent me a replacement pair which arrived really quickly. I love the boots but the slow/lack of customer response is not ideal & frustrating if you need to return something or ask a question.

Purchased some ankle boots called Adril beautiful boots but there was no way any one was getting there foot into the boot as it was tiny at the ankle such a shame had to return.

I received my shoes which are fine but the packaging was awful, the whole box was crushed wasn’t really happy with that as they are a gift. Said 2-4 working days it took 7/8 working days to get to me.

The boots are beautiful but they come with a defect. Fringes of rigth boot are soft and pending naturally. But on the left One the leather of the fringes is hard as it had been wet. A bit desappointed.

I am not impressed the way your UGG BOOTS Are sent out to your customers very disappointed.Not to the standard of the UGG Co. Customer service from HENRY was Very good

Item was easy to find on the website, order was reasonable to make with minor issues, delivery was on time but packaging was not very good as just a plastic wrap covered with tape

Shoes were fine but arrived a day later than I expected and also they were a birthday gift and the box was absolutely battered and taped up with brown tape to hide damage and they were only actually £20 cheaper in sale so very disappointed as actually made shoes look cheap which they actually weren’t and looked like I’d bought on local market so not happy

I bought two pairs of boots that were on sale, they were overknee boots but when I tried them on they did not look right. This made me disappointed but the worse was that I had to pay £13.60 to return each pair which cost me almost £28. It’s a lot of money just for a return service as a result I do not think that I will be ever buying anything from their online service.

Nothing wrong with the items I bought but in both cases they arrived poorly packaged which rather spoilt the experience.

I had purchase a tory burch bag from daniel footwear but it has a small scratch on it so i returned it back. However, i has been a week since i returned it and i have not receive any information from them on the issue of refund.

I ordered a bag from Daniel footwear. Unfortunately there was a labelling issue where it was poorly attached to the parcel therefore it was failing to scan at the time of delivery. I was told by the person delivering they will take this back to the local warehouse so it can be re-labelled and they will attempt delivery the following day. This was not the case, I had to wait for a further 3 days- 4 days and only after chasing it up with Daniel footwear I was given an update on the whereabouts of my order. The bag itself didnt have any issues, it was perfect however it was frustrating I had to go through this long wait for something that could have been avoided if it wasnt poorly labelled.

Not very friendly in the shops And not very quality shoes I need to take them for repair before I start using them because the foot strap on the back was very loose and don’t fit properly Cost me 40 £ extra but I buy the shoes only because they much the colour of my dress

I ordered a bag but very disappointed it was not packed in a box, just a poly mailer. Bought a few bags from Farfetch, they arrived every time safely in a box. You should treat every item with care, especially when customer paid for shipping and was sent from oversea.

The processing of my order was efficient and I received it promptly and without issue. However, when I placed the order I also emailed the Customer Service department asking when/if an out of stock item might be available again. I didn't receive a response, which is very poor.

Love the shoe colour and the style. Quite comfortable too. I bought a size 8, and it’s quite a small 8. The only ‘Big’ problem is trying to fasten the shoe, it’s impossible. The fastening buckle is too small, the strap that goes through the buckle is much larger. It’s very frustrating!!

Just a bit disappointed as the size I ordered didn’t fit so I had to return the two pairs I ordered which cane to £ 124.99 . I was charged £5 delivery as my order was 1p short !! Upon returning the items I was refunded £124.99 . Had I kept the two pairs , I wouldn’t have minded the delivery charge but feel a bit cheated that I paid for £5 . I think I will visit the store instead or buy from amazon in future .
