The shoes I ordered were listed as grey but they are very much brown, not grey. They are quite a narrow fit so I would advise going a size up if you are on a half size. Delivery was quite quickly though.

Lovely boots but had to send back as they are OVER THE KNEE not knee high! It doesn't say that anywhere in the description so be aware!

Great looking shoes and comfortable for the first while then started getting a blister on my foot but after breaking them in they look and feel great! Colour does come off on tights not great but still looking and feeling fabulous!

I purchased the boots because I have a pair in blue which have been so comfortable and had so many comments from people on how nice they looked. Unfortunately the grey pair have a sharp pin sticking out from the decorative button on the side of both boots. The reason why I ordered them on line was because the pair I saw in a shop were also faulty on the decorative button so ordered them on line to hopefully get a perfect pair . Appreciate they are reduced in price in the sale and therefore prepared to accept an inferior product but would never have paid full price for such a poor product.

ankle boots are ok and I like the colour but they have stretched quite a bit after wearing a few times

Good service from completing order on line to receiving goods. I had ordered two pairs of knee length boots for fit. Very disappointed at having to pay for return of one pair due to the fact that the goods I had ordered were sale items. If they had been full price items, return costs were included. This should be included whether they are sale items or not. I had to return a pair of knee length boots at a cost to myself of £12.00 in postage which I do not think the customer should have to pay. On the above basis, I am not sure I would order again from Daniel Footwear and would use a website that covers postage for both delivery and returns. Thank you

Boots are fine, but they send you spam by text message, so I will be deactivating my account and not using them again.

Customer services is shocking via email. I asked a question regarding returning a bag. I got a reply saying the boots I'd ordered, on the same order as the bag, weren't eligible for a free return. I replied saying it was the bag I needed to return and hadn't mentioned the boots.

Ordered 2 items but they arrived on different days and invoice with first delivery made me believe the second item was not available Products are good Re online delivery- think of the customer who is trying to co- ordinate delivery arrangement, I really do want the order to arrive complete rather than on separate days

Bought Ugg Boots in the Black Friday Sale for Granddaughter. I wasn't in the US for Thanksgiving, so Daniel Footwear were the next best option. Great design and fit, and well packaged. I planned to give a 5 star review BUT when the package got lost, Daniel Footwear only had an incorrect tracking code. After a few days I was told they'd been delivered to a neighbouring office. But no luck at either of the 2 offices next to us. Finally tracked them down to a shop a quarter mile away. Strangely the package was addressed to me at that shop. But as they did not know me and my company name was not on the label, It had just sat there. When opened, the delivery note had the correct address details, so why delivered to this shop was beyond me.

Everything great apart from inputting delivery address. I wrote in the address which has a company name instead of number, however, when I inputted the postcode it changed the address and overwrite the name with the first number on that street which doesn’t actually exist. Because I double checked the address when inputting instead of after submitting I didn’t catch this error so it was delivered to a random address.

Nice bag , but horrible packaging!!! The bag comes with no box , it was just thrown in a delivery bag !!!! The bag was a present and wasn’t a nice experience !!! Not professional !!

Not happy with the no refund policy. I’d bought some shoes from Alderley, took them home to try with some trousers,they weren’t right so I took them back. I could only have a credit note which is rubbish. One of the shoes hadn’t even come out of the box. I was informed there’s a note by the till stating no refunds. I didn’t see it, it would be nice if they informed you of this when you buy them. I’ve informed everyone I know.

i have bought online and in store. I recently bought a pair of trainers from the Alderley shop. I changed my mind and returned the trainers in original unworn condition but wasn’t allowed a refund,only a credit note. The shop assistant said if I’d purchased them online I could’ve got a refund????!!!! No brainer, I’m always buying online from now on.

I ordered a pair of UGG trainers and was very impressed as to how quickly my parcel arrived, however, I wasn’t so impressed when I opened the box and found only one shoe there!!! However, to be fair, the guy I spoke to (Graham I think, lovely Irish accent) was ver apologetic, and my single, lonely shoe arrived , asap. First time I’ve used this company and I would again.
