Ordered 37 but had to return them as needed a bigger size. The sizing it is quite unusual as my size is 36. No free returns so it's quite a disadvantage to order till I find the best match. Beside that the trainers look great and are well made.

Easy to use website and good prices. However packaging is not suitable for returns and would be better if returns were free having wasted £10 on postage for shoes that weren't suitable.

I've made 3 purchases. The one sent through Simply Be was the wrong pair. £146 for boots I can't wear. Don't have time to send back with in the returns time.

I ordered a size 39 but you sent me a UK size 4 WHY..very disappointed that had to return them. My first order discount was wasted on this !!!

Pleased with the prompt service - but unfortunately in my case too prompt !! 2 days after receiving the shoes - they were placed in the sale - disappointed as I'm sure they were aware that a sale was pending

Did not receive the color I ordered. I ordered the Stuart Weitzman Elixir wedges in the camel color but received them in cream. I kept them because I didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to return them.

I love the product itself however the shoes were too big. I cannot return them due to extraordinarily high international shipping costs. It would be nice if Daniel Footwear would extend return shopping to me so I would be able to return them and purchase the correct size.

These are lovely boots but the sizing is out so I had to return them. I am between a 5 & 5.5 so ordered a 5 but it was too big. I then ordered a 4 but that was too small. I was very disappointed.

I ordered three pairs of shoes, one pair is satisfactory, but unfortunately I have to return two pairs. I now have to pay postage of 12.00 to return the two pairs of shoes, or take the them to Newcastle to a Daniel shop. I am 78 years of age and have difficulty with mobility. I will not be purchasing any more shoes from Daniel due to cost of returning if they are not suitable.

I love the bag I purchased from them and the price was decent too. They have lost two stars as since I purchased from them I have been bombarded with spam emails despite changing my preferences (and seeing no email preferences tick box when I made my first order). I have no choice but to change my email account now as I can't take it anymore!!

after originally sending the wrong pair of shoes a replacement was arranged although I had paid for next day for delivery it actually was 3 days before I received the correct pair of shoes

These boots was good value in the sale. Unfortunately the legs were slim fitting,had to pass them to a friend.
