“Love my DF shoes. Great value for money, stylish, classy, comfortable and a perfect fit. Got in the sale but would’ve paid full price. A birthday treat for myself worth every penny and more.”

“I have never taken any time to write a review but I had to on this occasion. Returned shoes TWICE (Gucinari), bought as new but shoes were poor quality and both pairs looked like they had been worn before and returned. Asked for refund. In future please ensure the quality of your shoes are up to standard before they are shipped, this whole experience has been a waste of my time and I am disappointed with the whole experience.”

“The fit flip boots I bought split at the seam after one wear. As I’m in Ireland the free return post doesn’t work. Painfully I have to register post back and wait for refund back. Clearly faulty product - no problem delivering but they could not pick up. Said the courier company would not pick up in Ireland- so time to find a new courier if u are interested in giving a good service. There are plenty other options if you were willing to put service ahead of process - try ringing any other courier To pick up.”

“Still waiting on delivery. Ordered this 27th November. Rang your Leeds office to chase the order. Although a customer service agent rang me back at 6pm Wednesday 5th December my order has still not arrived.”

“I still have not received my order. I was contacted by FedEx that a commercial invoice was needed, and the invoice was not included by the retailer as it should have been. I had to fill out the commercial invoice as best I could. After that info was received, FedEx then had to send the order to the Fish and Wild Life Dept because the order contained animal fur. These issues need to be addressed and handled before making items available for shipment to the US.”

“Shoes & accessories for the fashion conscious. The best selection in Glasgow based on Hyndland Rd. Branch is run by Andrew who is amenable & helpful especially when he’s had a large Cappuccino! All of the staff are great. A pleasure to shop in Daniel in Hyndland.”

“I ordered a pair of UGG trainers and was very impressed as to how quickly my parcel arrived, however, I wasn’t so impressed when I opened the box and found only one shoe there!!! However, to be fair, the guy I spoke to (Graham I think, lovely Irish accent) was ver apologetic, and my single, lonely shoe arrived , asap. First time I’ve used this company and I would again.”

“Fabulous site and shop when ever I call customer services are go into a Daniel shop the customer care is fabulous and the shoes are amazing! The girls at the Harrogate shop are just so lovely and helpful nothing is a problem to them they always chat and eager to help”
