“I never received my order...I paid for it....I just sent 2nd email... They sent an email that their courier tried to deliver 3 times... My packages are usually left at my door. I checked my ring camera....No one tried to leave anything. It's Covid....someone is always home.”

“Not happy with this company! My friend ordered me some boots for my birthday they arrived but far too small for me.we went to post them back and were told we had to pay to send them back. after checking your website it says you offer free returns.we contacted you by email and were told that we should have printed the label for free returns.nowhere on the returns form did it say we had to do this.i am not happy she had to pay £4.20 to return them ! Wont be using again”

“A Refund took 2 weeks on a pair of boots. I ordered a diffetent pair of knee length boots and paid but they didnt turn up only to find out after calling customer service that they only had an ODD PAIR left so they cancelled my order! No email to tell me, nothing! Bad company. Will never use again!”

“My suede wedge Daniel ankle boots arrived today - very prompt delivery....less than 5 days (and this is during the pandemic!) . Was informed of dispatch and that boots were on the way. Am delighted with these boots - size 37 is perfect and I got them at a great sale discount. Very pleased. I think I'll be going back to Daniel Footwear. Thank You Christine”

“Received my Daniel wedge ankle boots very quickly...under 5 days to Dublin (and this is during the pandemic!). Was notified od dispatch & boots on the way. Delighted with these suede boots...size 37 is perfect. And got them at an amazing sale discount. I think I'll be going back to Daniel Footwear again . Very pleased...thank you.”
