I had a very disappointed experience with this shop and I wouldn’t recommend to buy anything from Muswell Hill branch. I bought two pairs of shoes from Muswell Hill branch. They were a size smaller than my size but the shoes come a bit bigger so I thought that would be ok. Also I told the sales person what my size is. I thought even if I try at home properly and have any issue I can return it. I bought them and when I tried them at home , I notice that it’s painful from the sides after a couple of steps and that wouldn’t be comfortable to wear them whole day and I just returned them in a week but got a shock because they said they don’t do refund. Any shops in London they do refund, not just in London , it’s like this everywhere. I said wouldn’t be good to tell me this when I bought them . The shop manager said that it’s says on your receipt. That’s not helpful really even if I read every single line on the receipt. Receipt means you’ve done the shopping and paid for it and all done. I even told the saleswomen that it’s smaller than my size, in this case that wouldn’t be harmful to tell me that they don’t do refund so I wouldn’t take the risk. And when I returned them to the shop, the manager didn’t even try to help , she was like “ sorry , you should have asked before you buy if we do refund. If you didn’t ask , it’s your false, your responsibility “. Very unfriendly, unhelpful. We live in London , you can get refund from everywhere , why should I ask if they accept refund. Wouldn’t be nice to just remind the customers that you don’t do refund? Is that one additional sentence going to make you older , or make you tired? It means after you sell the product you don’t care what happens after that, which is not good. I always try to do shopping from the local businesses but this is not nice return from the shops. I wouldn’t recommend to buy anything from this shop. I believe being honest and clear to the customer is important and in this shop there is no honesty. They aim to sell their product and don’t care the rest. If you don’t want to have a trouble and ruin your day then avoid doing shopping from this shop.

SCAM!!!! SCAM!!! SACM!! Do not purchase from this provider. I order two pair of UGG boots for my daughter and they NEVER ARRIVED!! However they had the NERVE to try and debit my account for payment for merchandise never received. BUYER BEWARE...i REACHED OUT TO THEM BY CHAT (TWICE) AND NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. FIILLING A DISPUTE WITH AFFRIM RIGHT IMMEDIATLEY !!!!!!!

I'm from Ireland and bought a pair of runners for my wife's birthday costing €135 including delivery. In Ireland if you order from the UK there is no customs charges and items less than €150. I have been asked to pay an additional €100 customs charge because Daniel Footwear have incorrectly stated that the value of the runners is over €150. This is absolutely ridiculous and I won't be accepting the package or paying customs and I expect a full refund. I advise anyone else in Ireland to avoid this company.

They sent me a "designer" bag that was very cheaply made. The chain looks like it came out of a quarter machine. I have to lose $40 in shipping for their lack of quality. Or keep it. They do not care about quality.

It is my father's 1st death anniversary and went to reminisce Street lane where we lived. Me and my sister went into Daniels to see if we liked anything. Everything was out dated and awful so we walked out within 60 seconds. One of the staff came running after us and said have you left a bag in the shop but was scanning me. And she went back, I was horrified by her actions as she looked at me as if I stole something from the shoe shop. My handbag was very small that I could not fit a child's shoe nevermind anything else. We went to question her and she said yes she thought I had stolen from the shop. I was in shock as I have never in my life experienced anything like this!!! She was actually argumentative and said review or do what ever. THIS SHOP IS OUTDATED WITH CHEAP STOCK WHICH IS FROM YEARS AGO. I told her my father passed which I shouldn't have had tohence being in the area. Called me a their when I did not even touch anything. Very outdated shop and staff

I put in my order, they took my money, only for the next day they said they was out of stock. This was on the 8th February, iam still waiting for my refund, which they are trying to pass the buck and saying its klarna I have to contact, which is going to cost me more, its for them to sort not me, I will not be buying from a company who mess people around like this, its a disgrace, you are quick to take payment. Just sort it.

Very disappointed on my first order. Placed order on 20th December and having a couple phone calls to get delivery status after that the order has been cancelled on 23rd December without explanation and with no alternative offered. I have been left without promised hand bag from Guess for my partner this Christmas. Better will stay with Amazon after this experience. Will never recommend and the last - I will never refer any friend for you ;)….. please do something and improve your customer service as ig was very embarrassing experience with your team!!!

Terrible customer service - I received a damaged pair of boots I have contacted customer service multiple times and also tried to speak with them via chat. No one has bothered to get back to me. Now I am left with broken boots. DO NOT BUY FROM!!

I never received my order...I paid for it....I just sent 2nd email... They sent an email that their courier tried to deliver 3 times... My packages are usually left at my door. I checked my ring camera....No one tried to leave anything. It's Covid....someone is always home.

Not happy with this company! My friend ordered me some boots for my birthday they arrived but far too small for me.we went to post them back and were told we had to pay to send them back. after checking your website it says you offer free returns.we contacted you by email and were told that we should have printed the label for free returns.nowhere on the returns form did it say we had to do this.i am not happy she had to pay £4.20 to return them ! Wont be using again

A Refund took 2 weeks on a pair of boots. I ordered a diffetent pair of knee length boots and paid but they didnt turn up only to find out after calling customer service that they only had an ODD PAIR left so they cancelled my order! No email to tell me, nothing! Bad company. Will never use again!

Received no shoes. I purchased shoes on the 4th April and still haven't received them. Never received a dispatch email with tracking information either. Have been following up for a few weeks and keep receiving the same response. Very unsatisfied

Ordered a Sophie Hulme bag and the charm was missing. After many calls with them they tried to tell me not all bags have charms. Please dont lecture me on designers, if you’re going to say ridiculous things. Then they suggested that despite it being a damaged item they wouldnt reduce the price further as id gotten it at discount! So I ordered another bag. Again damaged and charm missing. Have returned both. They offered me a 15% discount code like i’ll ever use them again!

Ordered on the 3rd April 2020 still no sign of order. Got in contact with seller. Half helpful but still hasn’t solved the problem as to why my delivery hasn’t turned up. First time ordering and I won’t be ordering again that’s for sure.

Absolutely shocking experience. Ordered 3 different styles of boots on separate orders as each order was cancelled. I was given a confirmation email for the first order which said dpd we’re delivering only for it to be cancelled 11 days later. Total waste of time and money this is now 1 month in and I have no boots and money not returned.
