Bought boots , paid £5.50 delivery, didn’t like to return cost £5 more , most online company do free return won’t be buying again.

Ordered a pair of suede boots when arrived one boot an entire different colour as if had been sitting in a shelf under a light plus they were all marked aswell very disappointed had to return them.

Don't buy anything from Daniel footwear. I initially thought the problem was the delivery company but on phoning to try and sort out where my boots were over two weeks after ordering!!!!!! Promised emails and return phonecalls never happened either. Very poorly managed company 16 days on and still no boots 😠

FAKE UGG BOOTS. ATLEAST 1 PAIR DEFINETELY WAS. Ordered Ugg boots on black friday as they were £124.99. Arrived 2 days later, nicely packed. When i tried it on i noticed that the left boot felt a bit tight, didnt pay much attention to it. When i wore it the 2nd time i noticed that there were more fur inside the left boot compared to the right that barely had any. I removed the boot and started paying attention to the details and noticed the boots were completely different. Different colors in the back, different fur. I spoke to someone and they asked to sent it back and they will be giving me a new one. I will see if it is genuine by taking it to the UGG store if it aint i will be requesting my money back.

I ordered a pair of flip flops as a Christmas present. They came in a battered box and one of them was to totally off colour and all the pearls were missing. The box had a note on it saying they had been checked. Really disappointing.

Really disappointed £200 boots arrived box was very old and worn out. Boots had creases in them where they had been worn and the soles clearly showed they had been worn. These were a Christmas present and I had to return them

I’ve still not received the item I ordered, I haven’t received a refund, and I’ve had no updates from the customer services team who have been ‘looking into the issue’. Extremely disappointed with a brand I’ve previously been pleased with, and will not be ordering again

Had to send them back as they weren’t a matching pair. One boot had obviously been tried on lots and the leather was all worn and soft. Disappointing.

I ordered a Valentino bag, when it arrived it was scratched and the buckle was broken so the bag would not fasten. I sent the bag back on Monday and have still not received confirmation that Daniel Footwear have received the bag and no sign of the Money back yet This is the first time I've felt the need to write a review but for a bag to be sent out damaged it's not showing a good service!

I am very disappointed with the service as I ordered my daughters school shoes from here they said they had them in stock and be with me on Wednesday. Wednesday came and I received an email saying that they didn't have them in stock.

Wrong size sent. The box stated the correct size but the shoes inside were clearly labelled the next size up so clearly a previous return not checked by warehouse staff. Got a shirty reply from Daniel CS saying the correct order had been despatched and I should check the sizing guide!!! They did attach a free returns label as a "gesture of goodwill" rather than in recognition the error was theirs from the outset, not mine. I returned immediately but still waiting for notification of return (I have proof of posting) and refund and its over 10 days ago now that I returned them. I have asked for a refund of my original (expedited) postage costs in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations and my statutory rights. The silence has been deafening. This is my first and last order with Daniel Footwear. Shambolic and unapologetic customer service is the reason I will never order from them again.

The fit flip boots I bought split at the seam after one wear. As I’m in Ireland the free return post doesn’t work. Painfully I have to register post back and wait for refund back. Clearly faulty product - no problem delivering but they could not pick up. Said the courier company would not pick up in Ireland- so time to find a new courier if u are interested in giving a good service. There are plenty other options if you were willing to put service ahead of process - try ringing any other courier To pick up.

I placed an order and this was cancelled saying out of stock. I know this shoes was in stock at Cheshire Oaks as I tried it on! Not acceptable

Still waiting on delivery. Ordered this 27th November. Rang your Leeds office to chase the order. Although a customer service agent rang me back at 6pm Wednesday 5th December my order has still not arrived.
