There was a very obvious stitching problem, it was kindly ignored and was told it was normal. Comparing the left and the right pair makes it so obvious.. I sent them back, paying a hefty shipping fee. It is very unlikely that I’ll order anything from this store..

Had to pay for delivery on a £100 order then no exchange. How do you buy shoes online if you can’t exchange for the correct size???? Then had to pay more postage to return. Told I could exchange them for a smaller size but no replacement arrived. After 2 weeks I chased them up to be told I could only have a refund. I won’t be shopping here again.

Hi Andy, As per out terms and conditions on our website we do not offer exchanges. You do have to return the item for a refund and order the size you need. I am sorry if you were misinformed about our policy. With regards to the posting you should have been sent a free returns label in your parcel as this item is full priced. I placed my order and paid extra money for delivery within 48 hrs. 3 days passed and still no order received. On day 4 I called customer services and was told that the item I ordered was not available. I received a full refund but my disappointment is that nobody made contact to notify me of this.

When the Ugg boots I ordered were received they had clearly been worn as the still had mud on the toes and soles, very disappointed . The toe on one boot was also slightly damaged. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience of having to send them back.

Hi Alison, I am sorry you received worn boots. We do not sell or send out second hand items, I will definitely be speaking with the warehouse manager to see what has happened here. rude customer services, still waiting for my purchasee after nearly a week and abit now, rang up to aks and they said the next day and still never come then they said they would ring me back and never have.

Hi Lisa, I am very sorry that you feel our customer services were rude to you. I can assure you this would not have been intentional. Looking into your order with us this looks like the courier lost the item but before we could confirm this we had to follow certain channels and procedures. We offered to send a new one out with a different courier but you opted for a refund. You have been fully refunded for the order now. Trainers were worn and in a bad state. Apparently they were despatched from a shop and were probably off display. The soles were dirty. Looked like they d been wore out not just In a shop. Very disappointed. Put me off ever ordering anything else.

Sent the wrong size out paid for next day waited 2 days then took over a week for the size I ordered to come so overall was waiting two weeks nearly for a pair of shoes wot should have been next day

Absolutely awful, will never order from you again. First pair of boots came and the wrong item was sent, then I ordered another pair and was told 5 days later they were out of stock. I am still waiting a refund of over £160 for both pairs of boots and am constantly having to chase on email with no response.

Ordered Size 5 Ugg's received size 3 phoned up was send free return label via email an told a size 5 pair would be sent out. However never received them not received refund either so opened a dispute on PayPal.

only received ONE boot. Who could possibly not notice - total waste of time waiting for the package to arrive. I would not have confidence in ordering again

Received (in USA) great looking shoes that fit well back in April 2017 and was charged by Daniel Footwear via FedEx for taxes in amount of $129.00 US. The shoes were less than $100 but wrongfully assessed as being worth over $9.000. Can you beat that?

Hi Barbara, I can see you have previously contacted us regarding this matter. We emailed you back on 04/05/2017 saying Many thanks for your email, unfortunately we are not liable for these charges, this is stated on our website in the delivery and returns section. It also states that orders are subject to local tax and customs as you do not pay VAT on your order. I have now sent you this email again. With regards to the item wrongfully assessed cannot see that you said this anywhere in your original email. If you can get the proof across to us that this item was assessed at over $9.000 then we can look into giving you some compensation. I ordered a pair of Ugg slippers today as I thought Daniel Footwear was a genuine site/business, however I have had no acknowledgement of this order, no confirmation, your website returned to the homepage without showing me confirmation. The only way I know you have received it is because you have taken my money! I registered to your site and have no order history. I have attempted to contact you but to no avail. I will slander you on here until you acknowledge this and reply to me! Agree with other bad reviews, this is very poor business. When you take money from someone's account, you need to deliver quite literally. Reply ASAP

I ordered a pair of Uggs for a Christmas present on Tuesday 19th December and paid for express delivery, when my order hadn't arrived by the Friday 22nd December I rang your offices to be told that my order had been misplaced with the courier company on Wednesday 20th December but I was never informed, when I asked why I hadn't been informed of this I was told that you were waiting until the Saturday 23rd December to see if my order had been found and when I asked what is being doing to rectify the problem I was told that I could order another pair on Saturday but I would not receive them in time for Christmas. This is very poor business - I should have been made aware that my order had been misplaced the day it happened not 3 days after when it was too late to get another pair in time.

Dear Donna, I am sorry you feel this is poor business. We have certain channels and procedures to follow before we can get your query dealt with. With regards to not informing you that the courier has misplaced your item, we are not aware of a situation with a delivery until the customer contacts us and then we have to contact the courier to see what happened. This is a process that does take longer than a day to fix as we also have to contact the couriers customer service team who then have to contact the drivers/depots. Second time I have bought something sold as leather only for it to arrive and for me to find that it's faux. I will not be purchasing from Daniel again.

Sent the wrong boots a week before christmas but promised to replace them before christmas. Didn’t bother to do so until after christmas and didn’t even apologise. Awful customer service.

As I said in my email to you on December 27th, UK Mail had an unexpected delay in delivering this to you which I also apologised for and said I would be speaking with UK Mail on that matter. I have not received my order which I placed in the 12th December and desperate to resolve the issue prior to Christmas as this was my daughters Christmas present have e-mailed customer services numerous times only to receive very lame one liners from them with no attempt to assist me in replacing them in good time for Christmas or a refund. Where my Husband works is gated access with 24 hour security system and we have proof they have not been delivered and surely the delivery driver would take a signature for an expensive item and especially as I have paid a £5.99 delivery charge. I have called Customer services and the phone just rings, I finally spoken to Alex on the 23rd who was very pleasant but couldn't help and assured me he would ring me back, which never happened then I was unable to get anyone to pick the phone up after that. Then end result was after finishing work on Friday and expecting to have finished all my shopping was to have to do a 20 mile round trip into the nearest city in Saturday and spend another £130 plus fuel and parking to ensure that our daughter had her Christmas present. No doubt I will have to spend time and effort after Christmas battling to get my refund for an item I never received.
