ordered online and purse arrived with sale tag attached some £25 cheaper refunded but was going to purchases 2nd item but went elsewhere felt slightly cheated

Many thanks for your feedback. We do apologise for this, the sale sticker was from a previous promotion. Fortunately as soon as you notified us of this we refunded 25% to honor the summer discount as we fully understand your upset. Took 40 mins to sort out a query on customer service. Average response rate was one reply per 5 mins. Absolutely ridiculous and needs speeding up. Query never got sorted in the end!

Really don't like the ugg boots I ordered, size is incredibly smaller fit and this should have been noted on the website. Had to pay £5 for delivery and don't know how much to return!

I got sent an odd pair of shoes size 13 and a size 1 they have been returned a week ago they are saying they have not received them back which I dont believe I am now wanting a refund due to there negligence and admitting there mistake

Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I am very sorry you received odd shoes, I can see you have been emailing my colleague about this issue and you would like an exchange. From what I can see she asked you to send over 'proof of postage' for the incorrect shoes so we could send you out the correct ones. I can't seem to see if you have sent that across to us yet? If you haven't please do that and we will get the correct shoes dispatched to you. Alternatively please send over your proof of postage to our help inbox and we will get this refunded for you. Once again I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused. When you send something back it takes longer than a week to process this, once we receive back the warehouse has 3-4 working days to process incoming returns then it comes up to us to issue a refund. Once we have issued a refund we email you to let you know. Please be aware refunds take 3-5 working days to appear in your account, help@danielfootwear.co.uk We hope to hear from you again soon. I ordered and PayPal verified, then a few hours later you tell me they are out of stock!!! I don't understand how this can happen. I got a successful message then a confirmation email. Unless someone there wanted them and canceled mine so they can have them, that's the only explanation. Please make sure I get my refund asap. I don't wish to wait 4 days and shouldn't have to as its your fault!!!!

Purchased MK bag and I was sent incorrect bag twice- selling similar bag to a picture for more money. It took second time for them to look in to a problem clearly first time no one bothered to check on this. Have been refunded 5% for the delay and inconvenience and when they figured out they are selling wrong bag offered full refund but this 5% has been deducted of my refund. Awful

With regards to refunding you we physically cannot refund you more than what you have paid the system does not allow us to do this. Absolute bad experience, once let down with an order that was placed but could not be honoured, when I rang to query, the explanation "sorry the last pair left has scratches, so we can't send them to you", thought, that is fair enough. The second time they end up sending me the last pair which was not only scratched but the buckle on one shoe was hanging off and was clearly a very badly damaged shoe but they still dispatched the shoes to me. I rang them informed them and followed it up with an email with a photo as below :- Re- Order Number WEB196874 Further to our telephone conversation, please find attached photos of faulty shoes. Having looked at the damaged item, I am fairly certain this was packed with the faults already there before disaptach. As agreed you will be sending a free returns postage label. bad quality of the shoes; they had glue, and i found out the sole is not even leather. you spend 150 pounds on a pair of daniel shoes and the sole is made out of plastic. they didn't say that o the specifications on the website

I am in Aust. using an Aust CC with an Aust billing address. I placed my order Thu 8/6 requesting delivery to the UK as my partner is on holiday there. Then I am asked to confirm my address with a utility bill, as my payment details don't match my billing address. They did, it was the delivery address that was different. I complied on the same day & explained I needed the shoes to be delivered by the following Wed 14/6. I emailed again on the 9/6 requesting an ETA. On Friday I was told the order was accepted & would be processed. By the 13th, I still did not have a delivery email, & behold, I am told the shoes are now out of stock. I am being offered other styles, but that is not what I ordered on the 9th June. I think the entire ordering process needs to be improved. Those shoes should have been allocated to me when I purchased them early on the 9/6 (actually late evening 8/6 UK time). I requested a refund yesterday, as Daniel Footwear have had my money now for a week. A refund should be immediate. Stay tuned.....

I received the soes but they were too small, I returned item and ordered 2 more pairs of shoes at same time (before receiving the refund). Finally, they never refunded me the first order (they said to me that they never received the return..!) and I never received 2 other shoes. Ive spent 400€. A disastrous experience

My order was for size 35/36 and I received size 37/38 which were stated to be out of stock on your website.

I ordered a pair of bergundy ugg boots. Advised my order was on the way. 2 days later informed no stock and a refund would be made. I waited a few days for this to arrive. Very poor service.

The wrong colour shoes arrived, rang customer relations team and was told the correct item would be delivered on the following Saturday before 12 and my delivery charge would be refunded. I took time off work but the order did not arrive. Unsure if I will ever shop with you again ... terrible customer service and extremely unhappy customer .
