Shoes were not in stock but appeared to be on website! Now I have been asked to submit a review... on the plus side DF got back to me to tell me they had no stock and gave me a refund.

Ordered 2 pairs of boots, paid for both, received one. HAD TO PHONE THEM FOR A REFUND!!! The pair I received looked nothing like they did on the website and I've had to pay for the return. Left me £10 out of pocket. Won't be shopping there again.

I still haven't received my order .It is very difficult to contact your customer service .It is impossible to contact Hermes about there appalling delivery service .

Purchased a pair of Hudson Boots on line had them delivered to store took them home to try size. Too small phoned Daniel customer services asked could they send a larger size to the store so I could exchange them I was told no they don't have the facility to do that. I said it would save time and money ( my expense and time )again I was told NO I ask Kim could I speak to her manager so I could ask them she hung up I recalled and spoke to another person called Racheal who again was utterly rude and ignorant I am going to take them back to store and get a refund. Totally bad service from your customer service department Daniel

Unfortunately this is a company policy that we don't offer exchanges, we ask our customers to send items back to us for a refund and to place the order again. I have never taken any time to write a review but I had to on this occasion. Returned shoes TWICE (Gucinari), bought as new but shoes were poor quality and both pairs looked like they had been worn before and returned. Asked for refund. In future please ensure the quality of your shoes are up to standard before they are shipped, this whole experience has been a waste of my time and I am disappointed with the whole experience.

Very disappointed! I ordered 3 items, but 1 of thr item was wrong. I have spoke to cust service, we agreed I will send back the item and receive what I have ordered originaly. It didn't happen! I have received the refund, but really wanted the item I ordered and now I cannot find it on website anymore. Will never buy from this website again.

Couldn't zip up the boots , I don't have big calfs and haven't had this problem before . Cost me £11.00 to return the boots to you , no free returns !! Due to that I won't be ordering boots from you again !!

I live in US. I placed an order as a gift for my wife on Christmas two weeks before, so you have a plenty of time to make it happen. everything was great, They respond on my emails and I got my package on time. However, the order was switched, so instead of gloves for my wife, I got a pair of boots for some one else. The package was delivered by December of 23th at 3 pm. So, there is no way to have my order in time for me. My Christmas was ruined and I was looking as a fool without gift. There are five days, since it happened, I emailed 10 times, and called, no one responded to me. I don't want to blame anyone, just give me my money back! Thanks.

I paid for a next day delivery but it came in two days I just didn't boher asking for a refund because the amount was negligible but I will not be using your service again in the future

Multiple gifts did not arrive together. One has been lost in the post and unable to get my money back it has been over 5 weeks since they took my money. Rang customer services who informed me they can't do anything as they were going home...this was an hour before they closed! Shocking service

I ordered my shoes they came earlier than expected but the shoes was in a terrible condition they had marks all over them and they ckearky was not suitable to sell. I sent them back.

Order went astray and two to four days delivery took nearly two weeks many emails exchanged to finally get another pair sent out. One lady in customer service was helpfu and one couldn't have cared less. But the it wasn't her money that had been taken for goods that hadn't appeared. Will never buy from the company again.

After taking my order on Black Friday weekend, I then received an email a few days later to advise what I wanted was out of stock - this was a Christmas present ordered on behalf of my auntie for my cousin and meant I lost out on Black Friday deals and the chance to buy else where! For another order made, the delivery company lied and said it was to be signed for but they left in open view outside my house.

Shoes thrown over neighbours fence, left for 5 days, asked for refund, but they sent me more shoes, left at neighbours without telling me, still waiting on my money.
