Sent wrong size, and guy on phone kept telling me they didn't do a 42 yet I was holding them in my hand. Had to ask for free return label. Now been a week since returned trainers and been advised it will be a further four to five days before I get replacements. Not impressed.

VERY DISAPOINTED WITH THE DELIVERY SERVICE. ORDER ON THURSDAY AND PAID FOR NEXT DELIVERY BEFORE THE CUT OFF TIME FOR THIS SERVICE. RECEIVED A TELEPHONE CALL FROM DANIELS TO SAY THEY COULD NOT DELIVER NEXT DAY AND REFUNDED MY PAYMENT FOR NEXT DAY SERVICE CONFIRMING I WOULD THEN RECIEVE MY ORDER ON MONDAY. RECIEVED TEXT FROM DELIVERY FIRM CONFIRMING THIS. MY PARCEL DID NOT ARRIVE, PHONED DANIELS ON TUESDAY THEY CONFIRMED I WOULD RECIEVE MY ORDER ON TUESDAY ... STILL DID NOT ARRIVE ... I FINALLY RECEIVED THEM ON WEDNESDAY ... I HAD THE ORDER DELIVERED TO MY WORK ADDRESS AND THE ORDER CAME TO ME WITH A COMPLETLEY DELIVERY NAME ON THE ORDER THAN MINE ... HAPPY WITH MY ORDER BUT I THINK THEY NEED TO REASSES THERE COURIER SERVICES

I am sorry to hear that we had to send your order on the standard delivery service, this happens when your order has been located to one of our shops who's delivery driver picks up the parcels early. Ordered twice and one I had to wait over 2 weeks for delivery and the second order was completely wrong. Doubt I'll ever order from you again

I ordered and paid for the shoes on line only to be told they were not in stock so my order was cancelled, very disappointed!!

I'm very disappointed for this product, poor quality looked different from the image on the website, was not what I was expecting, nor for the value of the money, very casual the leather is I don't know what to say about it, it is terrible I don't like this Please refund...

I have placed an order for the first time last month just to receive an email the next day saying the product wasn't in stock ... Of course the payment had been taken and it took another 3-4 days to come back on my acount... Maybe payment should only be taken when the order is dispatched such as a lot of your competitiors! I am really not impressed as I was looking forward to receiving this product. I will definitely think twice before ordering again and don't count on me to recommend your site.

Ordered and paid for item only to be informed 4 days later the item was no longer in stock. Extremely disappointed that they were advertising an item they did not have.

Two odd boots sent. Sent back quickly but replacement not sent for best part of a month. Eventually had to contact about 7-8 times as did not arrive for a birthday on 17 Dec nor for Christmas and eventually got them in Jan 2016. Was promised to have postage refunded by one person as I had to travel into town to return the two odd boots but this is now being ignored and they do not even bother to reply. Tried to make me pay for another pair of the same boots to get them quicker. Very, very dodgy and poor customer service from Daniel Footwear. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered some shoes 7 days ago, on a 48 hour delivery! 168 hours later they have still not arrived! On querying where they are I was told by email that they had been sent to the wrong despatch depot but I should get them today if, and I quote, "they manage to send them to the right depot"!! Not exactly the confident reply I would have liked!! Quite poor really for a company with an online offer!

Unfortunately the pair of shoes that arrived where not as shown in the picture. Each shoe had different color from the other, plus from the second pair of laces arrived only one of them. The problem is that the shipping cost is far more expensive to send them back than buying the shoes to their original price and I have them sent to be painted in an other color because in the color they arrived they are not to be worn. Really bad service from the shop, although really fast delivery and really comfortable shoes.

I placed an order with Daniel Footwear for some boots, after taking my money as the item was available and no mention of any issues. After four days I get a phone call saying they can not honour the order as they have run out of stock. Very poor service do not accept an order if you do not have the goods as it is a waste of everybody's effort!

I ordered a pair of uggs (black bomber ankle boots) for my mums birthday present online from the Daniels site, 3 day AFTER I'd ordered I had an email from Daniels customer services saying that the boots that I had paid for were not even in stock...as far as I'm concerned this is really bad service and shows poor organisation....It has put me off shopping with Daniels footwear ....very unreliable.

Looked and seen they where in stock so payed n got email 2 days later saying out of stock so thought ok that's fine n ordered a diffrent pair n what do we now out of stock again you need to sort it out why not say out of stock before taking the money of me dont use these people all they do is take money and make excuses!!!

I still haven't received my order from the 4th of January. I Was told it would only take 2-4 working days. I called up yesterday and was told i would recieve it today, it still hasent come.

Bad experience overall. Went from bad to worse. Was sent to wrong pair of boots. Poor communication. Waited 10 days in the end after I paid for 48 delivery (of which I had to ask to be refunded for, it wasn't offered). Replacement pair turned up on different allocated day than told. Not informed of the change. No text or email confirmation of delivery slot was sent. UK Mail driver very rude. He left the boots reluctantly with an elderly neighbour (as I was out) & upset her being so rude. She was clearly doing me s favour. Boots unsuitable in the end. Hopefully the refund process will be a lot smoother. Will NOT be using your company again after this.

Really annoyed that I ordered my parcel on New Years eve and still haven't recieved it by 8th jan! Had I of know this company was rubbish at delivering I would of ordered them from elsewhere.

After receiving confirmation that the shoes would arrive on Monday 4th my partner arranged to take a days annual leave to accept delivery. Following that I received a tex on the morning giving a time slot of between 10.53 & 11.53 On returning from work that evening I was very disappointed to say the least to find that although the paperwork stated a size 8 the box was clearly labelled as a size 43 (size 9) I am now in the process of having to return the shoes before the correct pair can be dispatched !!!

I ordered next day delivery and got the boots four days later- I have not even had the courtesy of a response to my initial email - this is not acceptable I want a refund for the postage
